We were a group of 10 mature adults in Hopetoun to kayak.Everyone loved the house for location, comfort & plenty of space for all.Loved having drinks on the balcony or in the garden at back.

Much bigger than the photos. Great location. Loved the pool table and kids room downstairs. The vantage point of the kitchen was fantastic. & not to forget, the best neighbours!
