Relaxing trip to beautiful Ruakaka beach with family or friends. Big house, plenty of space, 2 lounges, sleeps 7+, big fenced backyard, 1.3km (15min walk, 2 min drive) to the beach, heaps of parking room for 2 boats or 6 cars. Walk for miles down Ruakaka beach.

Local shop and cafe located near the beach, 5mins to supermarket and various takeaways.
This 4 bedroom home guarantees a stress-free and relaxing holiday experience.

Own car recommended. Ruakaka is 1hr 30mins from Auckland and 25 mins from Whangarei.
Fully fenced for pets and kids but talk to us first if you have a great escape artist because its not 100% secure for the tricky ones.

Step into a spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, huge outdoor area, glimpse of the sea. Separate lounge downstairs for the noisy late night games or for the teenagers

Accommodate everyone comfortably with the following bedroom configuration:
Master Bedroom with Super King Bed
Bedroom 2 with 1 Single beds
Bedroom3 with 1 Single Bed
Bedroom 4 downstrairs with 1 Queen bed, extra mattress or blow up beds available for extra kids if needed.

Bathroom upstairs has shower - but recommend the downstairs shower over bath because its a better spray.
Kitchen has everything you need. Oven, Fridge, Microwave and Dishwasher and all utensils.

Ouside area very spacious, we dont have an outdoor table yet but can provide camping tables and camp chairs.

The garage houses a washing machine, dryer, clothes drying racks,


The house is set up for self check-in. Check in and our times are flexible unless new guests are arriving. Call if you have any issues.

Situated 1 hour and 30 minutes from Auckland, this home offers a central base for your beach holiday. A 5-minute walk takes you to Ruakaka Beach, a 3-minute drive to Ruakaka shopping centre, 6 minutes to Waipu Golf Course, and a 10-minute drive to the boat ramp at Marsden Cove Marina. If you're up for a cultural excursion, a 30-minute drive brings you to Whangarei to explore the Hundertwasser Art Museum. Waipu Cove is 15km away and great for surfing.
There's a patrolled surf club at Ruakaka beach, plenty of walking down the beach and dog friendly south of the surf club. A great base to go fishing from, with excellent launching facilities at Marsden Cove. Waipu Golf Course is very close, as is the Ruakaka Race Track. Waipu is great for a visit, with excellent eating out options.
