Welcome to Yarmouth! Not only is this cute ocean view house located just minutes from the CAT ferry and downtown yarmouth (by vehicle ) but it is also minutes away from beautiful beaches and Yarmouth’s very own lighthouse. This two bedroom house has a fabulous view of the town of Yarmouth, which you can enjoy sitting on the newly built deck. Door dash is also available for your convenience. We know that you will have a wonderful stay here.
There is one room with a queen bed, and one room with a double bed. There is also a pull out couch that could sleep two people. The ceilings in this house are only about 7 feet tall, and it is a small home. Another thing to note is that it’s a tight fit for a truck in the driveway so you can either park on an angle or on the lawn. The house is close to the road. Also, we have been told that putting in 509 yarmouth bar road works better for the GPS :)

The house is cute and cozy, with an amazing porch perfect for stargazing! We were a short drive away from shops and restaurants, and the view out to the water was nice.

Kitchen was very well equipped. Ownwe was ver responsive when plumbing fix needed. Pet back yard was very handy. Close to town made business stay very convenient.

Only second time ever going to Nova Scotia. This was the first time on that side of the island. My wife and I and our dog really enjoy their stay here. Place was very clean. Very nice view. Everything is close by so if you need something at the grocery store or would like to go to the restaurant It is only around 10 minutes drive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Sweet spot

When we walked thru the front door ,the first thing my partner and I thought was how much it made you feel at home.We enjoyed the deck with the view of the water. It was well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. The home was very clean however the only thing , which wouldn't be a problem for some but my partner has copd and he had noticed that the cleaner that was used, possibly Mr. Clean was causing problems for his breathing while he tried to sleep.Overall thumbs up and thanks to the owners for the opportunity to stay at this sweet little villa

Cute and mostly functional

Really enjoyed the deck and view from this house, and the inside is very nicely appointed with cute and clean furnishings. However, some of the necessities weren't entirely functional. I'm tall (6') and I repeatedly hit my head on the track lighting down the middle of the kitchen ceiling. The lighting in the main bedroom (which is charged with a cable and you have to unscrew the lightbulbs to charge them, and they're turned on by remote) didn't really work very well. The bones of the place are great, might just need a few small changes and it will be 5 stars! Certainly adequate for one night on our way from the Bar Harbor ferry up to Halifax.
