3bd 3babut sleeps 8 Beautiful St. Augustine Home

I was truly impressed by the house it looks small on the outside but when u get inside it's big very spacious plenty of room to move around. There's a living room, dining area, and den with a game room that I know my family really enjoyed. We also enjoyed bbqing out back on the deck patio which had a lot of shade to block the sun! 😎 This house is the place you want if u have a nice size family on vacation! Thank you for the lovely time had by my friends and family!

Overall, it was nice. The game room was not useful because of no A/C. The multi level flooring is tricky if you don’t pay attention as you move around in the house.

2 bathrooms main bedroom and down stairs no hot water in shower. Looks like the sheets where not cleaned one pillow case with blood on it. Dead Cockroach in the gaming room.

Great Home away from Home!

This was a great home away from home! Our stay was wonderful! The host kept in touch with me prior to arriving and checked in during the stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The game room added an additional space to relax in the evenings and kept the kids (adults too) occupied for hours upon return from our daily outings. The host provided great local recommendations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. It was minutes to the Fountain of Youth, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and restaurants on Route 1. I will definately rent again and tell all my friends about this hidden gem in St. Augustine! We highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway with family and friends.

We loved the house and were very pleased with our stay. It's a very nice property. It is larger than it looks from the outside. We enjoyed the garage converted to a game room. Didn't have the time to use the back patio/BBQ area, maybe next time. Communication was very responsive. For being a block off of King St., it was unexpectedly quiet. Very close to old city locations, about 10 minutes, 15 minutes to St Augustine Beach, 10 minutes to the outlets. Overall, it was a great stay for a great rate!

The stay at the house was good. The playroom was a lot of fun. The different space and the TVs in every room was a bonus. There were no scissors in the kitchen, which made it hard to open things. There was no soap for the washer and dryer so no laundry was done. We played ping-pong darts watch TV. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. There wasn’t enough blankets. One of the beds we stayed in, was not very comfortable and it had rollers on it and it rolled around. We were there during fall break to enjoy Saint Augustine area with family members. There was seven of us that stayed.

Beautiful Spacious St. Augustine home

Everything about this house is lovely! First the entry instructions was easy and convenient. This 3bd 3ba but sleeps 8 home with the 2 suites the beds were so comfy cozy. The part my nieces, nephews and young adults liked was the game room. It was a nice chill spot for them to be entertained. I myself really enjoyed chilling on the deck in the back yard especially with the big tree that gave off plenty of shade to just sit on the nice patio couch and relax and enjoy the Florida weather. I will be back. I really enjoyed the home. Thank you all for hosting our family vacay!

It was a nice space. Honestly we had a blast. Everyone was happy with the space. Rooms were clean. My only comment would be try to come in one car. There's only one parking spot. But we had no issues parking near the road. So don't let it hold you back. Well worth the trip!
