This charming two-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers a delightful dining room with backyard views, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge with a mini-fridge. The lovely backyard is perfect for relaxation, and you'll appreciate the easy access to nearby grocery and convenience stores. Plus, enjoy a short walk to convenience stores and a quick 5-10 minute drive to the beach and downtown.
Pets are not added on reservations. Only dogs allowed. $75 per dog.
The property includes three parking spaces and a parking card for hassle-free downtown parking.

Our property's location offers convenience but with potential noise considerations. Situated near a railroad track, train sounds may be audible, possibly affecting noise-sensitive individuals. Additionally, proximity to US-1 means light traffic sounds might be noticeable.
-This property is routinely treated for pests, but bugs can still enter when doors are opened. Palmetto bugs may fly in and die overnight. Gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies may appear depending on the season and conditions, especially around open or unclean drinks. When walking around town, use mosquito repellent due to the buggy environment. Florida's insect life while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
-Because you are sharing the property it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced! Quiet hours 10pm-8am
-Parking card to city garage can not be missing after departure. $150 replacement fee
-For pets Dog fee $75 cash before departure. Dog fee is not included in reservation. Must sweep home before departure.
