Living spaces
Spread across three levels, the home offers generous gathering areas designed for shared time by the water. The main living area opens directly onto a wide oceanfront balcony, creating an easy connection between indoor comfort and fresh coastal air. Comfortable seating and an HDTV with streaming TV - no cable - set the scene for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. A dedicated workspace with Wifi provides a quiet spot for catching up on emails or enjoying a slower moment with a book.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay. A breakfast bar and two dining tables allow everyone to gather together, whether for a casual morning or a shared dinner. The open layout keeps ocean views close by as you cook and dine, while barbecue utensils are available for use with the grill.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, offering a layout that balances privacy and connection. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open onto the balcony. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a hallway bath.

On the ground floor, you’ll find another bedroom with a king bed and a spacious bunk room featuring two full-over-twin bunk beds with pull-out trundles, along with a small wraparound couch, coffee table, TV, and some games - all within the same room. A full bathroom on this level includes a door leading out to the back deck and down toward the ocean, offering convenient outdoor access after time on the beach. The king bedroom and bunk room on this floor do not open directly onto the back deck.

Outdoor living
Multiple oceanfront balconies and a beachfront deck provide space to relax and take in the coastal setting. A private path leads directly to the sand, making beach access effortless throughout your stay. Beach essentials are provided so you can enjoy time by the water with ease.

Amenities & conveniences
The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, and self check-in via keypad. A private entrance and free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces - support a smooth arrival. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
