Comfortable seating gathers around an HDTV, and large glass doors lead directly to the oceanfront balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. This level also includes a dedicated workspace tucked away for quieter moments, whether you’re catching up on emails or enjoying a peaceful read.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a functional, well-equipped space where meals come together naturally. With full-size appliances, generous counter space, and a breakfast bar, it supports everything from quick mornings to longer shared dinners. Two dining tables provide ample room for group meals, while the breakfast bar offers a casual option nearby.

Sleeping arrangements
The home spans three levels, giving each group its own sense of space.
On the top floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a hallway bathroom.
The ground floor includes a separate king bedroom and a large bunkroom designed as a relaxed hangout space, complete with full-over-twin bunk beds, pull-out trundles, seating, and an HDTV. A full bathroom on this level offers convenient access after time outdoors.

Bathrooms and laundry
Bathrooms include a bathtub and bathroom essentials, with hot water available throughout the home. A washer and dryer are located in the house, making longer stays and beach days easy to manage.

Outdoor living and location
Multiple balconies and patios face the water, offering places to enjoy ocean breezes throughout the day. A beachfront deck leads to a private beach access path, connecting you directly to the shoreline for walks along the water or quiet time near the surf. The property sits right on the waterfront, with uninterrupted views and a true sense of coastal proximity.
