Overall, this was a nice place to stay, and I would consider staying here again. The listing was accurate. However, there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of, especially for the hefty price.First, there is no parking available and not even a designated loading zone. Guests should be prepared to carry their luggage several blocks, which can be inconvenient, especially when traveling with multiple bags or pets.I was also disappointed with the check-in experience. I had to stand around outside the building with all my luggage and my dog after I was told someone was supposed to let me in, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone.My other concern was the heavy use of Fabuloso cleaner throughout the property. The scent was extremely strong and lingered throughout my stay. It was so overpowering that I had difficulty sleeping, and I was concerned about its potential impact on my dog's respiratory system. Even after leaving, my clothes and luggage smelled of Fabuloso and needed to be washed multiple times.The place is very clean, which I appreciated, but it would’ve been a more pleasant experience if they used an unscented cleaner. Not everyone likes Fabuloso, and it’s not even a disinfectant. It’s really just perfumes and VOCs.One additional thing to note is that the area can be quite noisy at night. To be fair, this is not something the host can control, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or be prepared for some nighttime street noise.
