The dining area is bright and thoughtfully designed, with large windows that offer quaint neighborhood views, adding to the space's welcoming ambiance. In the living room, cozy seating is arranged around a vintage cast iron wood-burning stove, which serves as a focal point and enhances the home’s mountain ambiance. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and a private deck, creating a personal retreat. Across the hall, a lofted area offers versatile use as an additional bedroom, bunk room, or extra living space. The main level also has a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a mudroom for added convenience.
In winter, this home’s proximity to the Old Town Lift offers quick access to Park City Mountain Resort, making it an excellent choice for skiers and snowboarders. - Everyone in your group must be over 21 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars is one.
- This home is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
- There is one parking space available in the driveway.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
