Great vacation spot.

We had a lovely time in Park City and the house is in a great location, very charming and terrific set-up. It worked great for our adult family vacation.

Clean, modern feel to the interior of the house. Comfortable sofa, large dining table and efficient kitchen with nice gourmet appliances. Bedrooms are a good size, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. House is pet friendly, and back deck is fenced but just has a hot tub. No yard for a dog to walk around. Stairs are a little steep inside, so we used the stairs outside for the dogs. We took the dogs for walks at the nearby Old Town Park on Main Street or the neighborhood on Daly. We were able to access skiing via the public parking lot at the Canyons, or the Town lift, as there wasn’t any snow left for a ski in/ski out option. We had windows open all day due to warm weather, and noticed there is considerable dump truck traffic on King Street which makes a lot of noise. A/C unit on main floor works well if you close the windows. Host instructions for check in were helpful. Garage parking is tandem but we could not fit two cars inside due to items stored in the front of the garage. Easy access to Main Street restaurants and shops! Overall a great location!

This is the one!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. If you have a family that wants a newly renovated house, two blocks from Main Street, this is the one. Also, our hosts, Andy and Virginia, were very attentive and helpful.

Couple Amazing Weeks

My two dogs and I had a fantastic two weeks at this Park City charmer. The historic home has everything you need. It’s incredibly well maintained, and when I did have a question, the owner was all over it. It was instantly handled!I’d love to be back next winter. Such a great experience. Five stars!

Perfect Park City Home

We had an excellent experience staying at the house just a short walk from Main Street. Its prime location put us within easy reach of some fantastic restaurants and charming shops.Our host, Virginia, was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always ready to lend a helping hand whenever we needed assistance during our week-long stay. The house itself was perfectly equipped for an extended visit. It had all the amenities and conveniences we could have asked for, making our time there truly enjoyable.

Great Downtown Location

Lovely property in a great location. Perfect for small group. Easy walk to everything downtown as well as can easily access trail to ski down to town lift, but also in a quite secluded corner for privacy. Well finished and decorated. Owners are very responsive with any issues during stay and are easy to contact. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Christmas vacation

What a lovely home and a great location! Easy walk to the town ski lift, restaurants and shopping. The walk back up the hill takes some getting used to if you’re not used to the altitude The kitchen was well equipped for our Christmas dinner. When it snowed the property was cleared quickly. Don’t miss the mining museum. Our hosts were lovely and very attentive.

Best Old Town Location

Wow! Very well appointed house! For a week's stay, we were missing nothing. Close enough to walk everywhere, but just off of the main road so it was quiet. Access to trails A+. Comfortable all the way around. We would book this house again, for sure.

Perfect property! Beautifully renovated home in fabulous location. The owners are wonderfully responsive. Could not have asked for anything more! We skied daily from the nearby Town Lift enabling us to avoid the crowds. Hope to stay in this lovely home our next trip to Park City!

Superb Location in Old Town

Location!!!! beautiful vintage victorian cottage on 3 levels with views and great natural light. We wanted to be in the thick of Old Town Park City to enjoy the restaurants and shops and not have to drive once we arrived. . Great location for summer mountain biking and hiking., with trail access 1 block away. Private and spacious master bedroom with walk in closet. The house was immaculate and uncluttered giving it a fresh feel. Our two boys each loved their bedrooms. Open kitchen layout, perfect for entertaining and cooking. Very spacious and comfortable. The value to quality was well worth the rental fee. We will gladly come back!
