Sea Breeze Estate, formerly Amazing Grace, the exquisite now eight-bedroom residence, is nearing completion. This new exciting transformation maintains the original timeless charm of Amazing Grace blending the magnificence of an estate feel optimizing the expansive 7 ½ acres.



Throughout the expansion, the main house structure remained intact, preserving the timeless Classic West Indies design that guests have come to adore. Rest assured, the villa still provides an unparalleled sense of privacy and unrivalled access to the sprawling beach area.
