Included are individual central A/C units, cable TV, and rain showers in the bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an ocean view and terrace, king bed, and indoor/ outdoor shower. Three of the double-bed bedrooms are located on the upper level with ocean views and terraces. There is also a movie room with a huge flat-screen TV.
