Perfect place close to the beautiful Grace bay beach and places to eat.It was very clean. Comfy bed and plenty of towels and everything you need. Host was fast responding to questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future. 10 out of 10 !!!!!!!

this was the perfect location! we were able to walk to so many restaurants, bars, and the beach. would recommend this location and place to anyone looking to travel here! one recommendation is for the home owners to either get a brita filter or for guests to purchase bottled water

Hidden gem in Provo!

Booked this adorable 1 bedroom condo for 5 nights with just myself and my husband. Check in was a breeze with the codes and the condo was very clean. The bed was comfy and we loved the free washer and dryer in the basement. Directly across the street from the Salt Mills Plaza and short walk to a very nice grocery store. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. The location was perfect and so close to all the shops, & great coffee and breakfast spots. We walked to Bella Luna for dinner and loved the outdoor patio for pizza. The Ritz was a short walk in the evening for dinner and Danny Boys down the street was fun watching the karaoke at night! This amazing condo was perfect, the price was terrific and location can’t be beat! The neighbors and grounds keeper were all friendly. Owners respond immediately. Love it here - wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

Perfect Stay

My wife and I stayed in this perfect condo. Communication & check in/out was simple. The beach is steps away. The condo is immaculate. Location is perfect near Salt Mills shopping. Tons of the best restaurants in T&C are nearby. The beach equipment (chairs, umbrella and coolers) were perfect. Kitchen stocked to do any cooking if you prefer. The pool also has a big Webber Grill if you want to grill out. PERFECT Stay !!

Perfect place for Grace Bay Beach

This lovely cozy condo unit was perfect for my wife and I staying on Grace Bay Beach in Turks and Caicos. It's conveniently located 3 minutes from the beach and near many restaurants/bars and shops. It is gated and across the street from a police station so you can rest easy knowing you're in a safe and secure location. The condo itself was perfect for our needs, it had a nice big tv, great ac and all the kitchen amenities needed to cook meals. In the basement of the condo is a cage with tons of beach gear as well as a washer and dryer that is very fast and efficient. The condo was just one bedroom so this wouldn't be a place for large families but for couples it's awesome! Some recommend restaurants nearby are Danny Buoys for bar/grill food excellent pizza and tremendous drink specials. Bella Luna for the best Calzone you'll ever have and TurkBerry for delicious donuts and froyo. There is also a puppy rescue shelter across the street where between 10am and 12pm you can walk a puppy. The host Chloe was super nice and always fast to respond to my questions I had before my vacation. There were no issues during the vacation but I'm certain she would have been just as prompt if needed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Turks and Caicos.

Perfection!

My trip to Turks was a success. Had great weather, and fantastic food. Went to the beach everyday and met great people there as well. The condo was perfect for 1 person. The bedroom has a great mattress as well as air conditioning and a big fan. There are plenty of hangers in the double closet. It has a small security box you can use if you so desire. The kitchen is very efficient. The bathroom has a shower with a big nozzle and good water pressure. There is also a microwave above the refrigerator in a cabinet. I couldn't reach it so it gave more incentive to go out and eat. Speaking of eating here are my tips: For breakfast go to Shays Cafe to the right of the condo. Eat outside and get the omelet. I ate an early dinner and I went to the Graceway Gourmet supermarket. It is about a 10 minute walk. They have a great salad bar there which I got. The price is 10.99 a pound. Think Whole Foods type prices. Just be strategic and walk around the store. For dinner you can go early to Bella Luna and get take out for lunch or dinner there. Tip: The cheese pizza is a ten! I ate the whole pizza myself. Price 19. Next door to the condo is a cafe called Lemon. The cafe has coffee on one side and the other side is bit of everything else. You can meet many people there as it is a hangout. Lots of Starbuck type crowd with their laptops and coffee. Across the street is a burger place call Big Als. I got the jumbo cheeseburger and fries and it was 17.00. Thanks, Chloe for a great time!

Great Location!

The location was perfect and property was exactly as described. The Salt Mills has some great stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach was so short! The pool also allowed us to take a quiet break from the beach when we wanted to. Providing the chairs, towels, and beach umbrella was a wonderful touch that we appreciated. The store was close by and we were able to cook at home some days while still being able to enjoy the nearby restaurants (Loved Thai Orchid and the ice cream shop down the road as well as Lemon2Go and Shay Cafe). Chloe was an amazing host and very responsive when we messaged her.

Wonderful location

This condo is the perfect place to stay, especially for people like me who don’t want to rent a car. Everything I needed was in a short walking distance. The beach is gorgeous and just a short walk to get to the catamarans that took us out for snorkeling and a sunset champagne cruise around Grace Bay. Chloe is a great communicator and the condo had everything I needed for a great vacation. Traveling alone, safety is a concern so I was very pleased to see that the police station was right across the street and walk-in medical clinic was just around the corner. I highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Anniversary trip

The property's location was ideal. The condo was impeccably clean, and its proximity to attractions eliminated the need for a rental car. I recommend securing excursions upon arrival, as availability is often limited. All amenities listed on the website were provided. I would gladly book with them again.

The property is in a perfect location at Grace Bay. There are plenty of reaturants within walking distance. The owners have all that is needed for the beach..laundry facilities are there too. Definitely will be staying there again. Owners easy to communicate with. 5 stars.

Great place to stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this one bedroom condo. The walk to Grace Bay beach was super easy, and it was nice to use the provided chairs and cooler. The location to shopping and restaurants was ideal and it was great to have the kitchenette for packing picnic lunches as we explored the island. Mattress was firm but comfortable. Thumbs up!

Top location for a cozy stay.

Cute condo with all of the things you need for your stay. It was in a perfect location that was easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Owner provided beach gear (chairs and a cooler) which was nice to use on our beach days. Condo complex is small and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Only downfall is that this condo doesn't have an attached balcony big enough to sit on. But there was plenty of space and chairs at the pool area to take your coffee or afternoon snacks. Worth the money just for the location alone.

We loved our stay at this property....so convenient to the beautiful beach. Great to have beach chairs available and also laundry facilities.Great complex to be in in the centre of cafes, shops etc.Can't say enough about TCI - absolutely gorgeous!Not sure who to blame for the lack of being able ,to correspond with the owner, Chloe, or VRBO itself, while at the property and also upon returning home.Does the owner also own the adjoining locked off part of the property? That is what I was trying to inquire about for perhaps another visit.A very nice property - thanks

Wonderful condo!

We had a great stay at Carpe Diem, the condo is exactly as described and was just what we needed. No need for a car, it’s walkable to many restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Chloe is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions. She also was kind enough to allow us to leave our bags at the building after checkout as we had a later flight. We enjoyed the area and would happily return to Carpe Diem!

Perfect little getaway spot!

Amazing experience. Booking process was instant and smooth. Host was easily available to message. The property is located right in the heart of Grace Bay. Location was perfect. Stayed with my teenage daughter condo is perfect size for 2. Washer and dryer available in the basement at no extra cost which was convenient. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Provo.

Perfect Solo Stay in Provo

This sweet little 1BR apt is perfectly located. 3 min fromn the most beautiful beach. Within walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops. Across the street from a puppy rescue where you can take them for AM walks. Near several spas and a great (albeit expensive) grocery store. Felt very safe walking around by myself at night. The condo community is gated at night. Others have commented that it was uncomfortable, but I found it be firm and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
