Entertainment: 300 Mbps internet, Netflix, Karaoke, Board games
Kitchen & Bathroom: Fully equipped for your convenience
Guest Access
7th Floor Outdoor Terrace:
Event space with a scenic landscape and a cascading waterfall. Activity zones with a children's play area and yoga corner
8th Floor Lounge & Pool Area:
Lounge for relaxation and work. Swimming pool, kiddie pool, yoga lawn, and promenade for family fun
Pool Access Fee:
Php 150 per head on regular days
Php 300 on public holidays
Let us know a day in advance so we can arrange the pass for you. please take note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning.

Php 50 for the first 3 hours
Php 20 per succeeding hour

Early Check-in:
Can be requested if there are no guests before your check-in. An additional Php 200 per hour applies.
Late Check-out:
Can be requested if there are no check-ins after your booking. An additional Php 200 per hour applies.
Luggage Storage:
If you need luggage storage before check-in, you can leave your bags at the unit while the cleaners are working. Luggage storage is available from 12:00 noon onwards. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
No luggage storage is available after check-out. However, you may try depositing your bags at the grocery baggage deposit at Air Mall.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking of cigarettes or any other substances is strictly prohibited within the property. A fine of 5000 pesos will be charged if smoking is detected. For more details on house rules and fines, please refer to the guidebook located in the living room cabinet. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
