Situated just 6 minutes from Walmart and Target, 20 minutes from Disney, 24 minutes from Sea World and 30 minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. Enjoy all that Coral Cay has to offer! Such as the resort style pool and spa, fitness center, theater room, and playground.

This townhouse features a TV in each of the 5 bedrooms and high speed WiFi. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a king-sized bed and on the second floor you will find two bedrooms with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms with bath tub and shower. Bath towels and linens are included. Extras are not provided. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a screened patio with a lake view and hot tub. *The hot tub is an additional cost to heat, so please request the heater at least 48 hours prior to your check-in.

*Parking is permitted for three vehicles per townhouse. To ensure a delightful experience for everyone, please be aware that improperly parked cars will be TOWED. Parking on the street or sidewalk is strictly prohibited.*

If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking. *BEFORE CHECKING IN* To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort. *HOT TUB HEATER* There is an additional fee for adding the hot tub heater. It can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay. *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* - You need to be 21 or older to book with us. - We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted. - Sorry, no pets allowed. - We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors.
