Clean, but pool was dirty, was not vacuumed and debris was in the bottom. Minimal things in the kitchen, but was enough for what we needed.

No amenities offered beyond one roll of paper towels and a very tiny bottle of dish soap. All towels had to be washed and dried before leaving.

We are sorry the guest left with this impression. The exact starter quantities of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, body soap, shampoo, and other essentials are clearly outlined in both the rental agreement and welcome information so guests can plan for their stay. Guests are also never asked to wash or dry towels before departure, and this has never been part of our checkout instructions. Neither concern was brought to our attention during the stay. We encourage guests to review the information provided and contact our team with any questions. We are always happy to clarify expectations and help guests enjoy a comfortable, well-prepared stay.

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was very enjoyable. Plenty of towels, both for the house and the pool.We would recommend a Keurig coffee maker so guests could by pods for coffee. There aren't any dressers in any of the bedrooms. We would recommend a new washer and dryer. They work but it takes an extremely long time to do any laundry.Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

The house was very clean and conveniently located to the theme parks in the area. It was nice to have three bathrooms and the patio area is relaxing. There is no shower door in primary and no door separating primary bedroom from bathroom.

Clean space. The living room furniture could be updated due to not being very comfortable. The pool fountain is more like an annoying spray rather than a relaxing fountain. Other than those small things, the location is very convenient, the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained.

There was no outdoor TV. The communication regarding heating the pool was awful-was told it could be heated, then later that it couldn't. Was never disclosed that this community has "Quiet Time" between 9pm & 9am. There are ANNOYING alarms on every window & the patio door. This was never disclosed & two people in our group have PTSD. This did NOT make for a relaxing time for them-asked the owner if we could turn it off, they said no. When they say "minimal supplies", they mean it. 1 itty bitty soap & 1 small packet of shampoo for each bathroom. 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher & 1 laundry pod. Bring your own everything-soap, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper. I've received better supplies at a 3 star hotel. It wouldn't take much to see how many people are staying & for what duration then supply a little more starter items. No battery in the kitchen clock. Check out instructions said to leave the dirty towels in the laundry area, yet a note in the laundry area from "Housekeeping" asked us to please wash all towels, as they have limited time to do their job. Accidently locked ourselves out with no cell phones-rang the ring camera multiple times, no response, ever. Luckily, we went out the patio side door earlier & didn't close it all of the way so we were able to get back in (the front door automatically locked itself while we were on the front porch). No Welcome letter, no info or direction on the Community Club house. Pool table is an absolute joke. No paper, no pens, no games.
