Bay & Marina Views from Updated 1BR/2BA Condo in South Seas! Enjoy beautiful bay and marina views from the screened lanai of this nicely updated second-floor condo in South Seas Bayside Villas. Perfect for a relaxing Captiva getaway, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to four guests. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Building amenities include an elevator, a convenient laundry room on the main floor, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Plus, enjoy easy access to Sanibel's famous beaches! A 2-night minimum stay is required. Please note that resort amenity access is not included or available.

This rental does not include beach chairs or umbrellas. Instead, we’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit.
