The Space:

This villa is located on the first floor and boasts 850 square feet of optimized island living space. Making this unit truly unique is it`s waterfront disposition featuring both bay and marina views, where one can sip on his/her favorite drink while watching boats come by. The unit also features plush master quarters with working desk, a gorgeous fully stocked kitchen with island, a comfortable Murphy bed, and two bathrooms.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Great beach condo

Perfect little getaway to the beach! The condo had everything one would need…pots, pans, and beach gear. Bed in master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud! We will be staying here again in the future.

Fishing Trip

Highlight of the property was sitting on the porch drinking morning coffee and watching beautiful birds, and boats quietly leaving to go fishing for the day. Also, the pool was lovely to swim in. Newly refurbished unit; all new appliances, high quality.

Nice stay (6 nights)

Apartment completely furnished. Everything you need to prepare your hearty breakfast. Cosy kingsize bed. Restaurants close by. 5 Min. walk to the beach. Very nice pool area although shade is spare. Description how to locate the appartment could have been more accurate. On the negative side: a few light bulbs not working and a stained linnen.

Clean Up

Beautiful location that is still in the infancy of reopening. Over the Xmas holiday I would guess that the condo had less than 10% occupancy and lots of clean up work still going on in the surrounding areas. With that said, it was quiet, beautiful and a nice relaxing holiday.

Great Stay!

I recently took my mother to Captiva to introduce her to the place I love to visit. We stayed at the Bayside Villa. The condo was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. However, we did eat out alot to help support the local businesses. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatee right from our balcony. What a treat that was! The beach was beautiful and only a 5 min walk across the South Seas Resort. Stores, restaurants and bike rentals are open and within walking distance.

Repeat Renter- Great Value and Quality

We just stayed for a second year in this condo! It is clean, has a washer and dryer, and is newly renovated and stylish. The management company is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this unit!

This property is updated, clean and has everything you will need to enjoy the area and the beach. The bicycles were clutch and a great way to see the entire resort area. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Nice stay!

Overall, very pleasant experience. It was a bit smaller than we expected, but because we were about and about so much, we didn't find it a problem at all. It is perfect for a small family of four such as hours. It was very clean and well taken care of. Some small items such as runners could be updated perhaps, but it didn't have much effect on our experience. This unit provides everything you need including beach gear, toys, beach towels, you name it. Vicinity to all the major areas on the island should also be mentioned as well as the pool that our kids truly enjoyed. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Spot!

We had a great stay! There could be better signage throughout the resort. It was somewhat difficult to find our room initially and the storage areas are unmarked. We had a few issues with the condo which were promptly addressed. The condo had all of the necessities. The nearby pool was great and minutes away. Very easy and quick access to the beach. Nice view of the marina off the patio. Our one complaint would be the use of a highly fragranced product which permeated the master suite. We think it may be the laundry soap which the linens were washed in. If you are sensitive to scents be warned.

WiFi did not work. Rugs were trip hazards. No dish towels for drying hand washed dishes. Very nice location. Close to beach. Walking distance to many attractions. Overall very nice place.

Halloween getaway

The property was very cozy, clean, and well kept. I spent most of the time out in the balcony working from my laptop and enjoying the birds chirping all the time. I recommend Shipley and J.N. Darling refuge park if you are into hiking in natural trails. We ate dinner at The Grass restaurant and the service was great the food even better. We took a stroll within the community on bikes (comes with this rental) and we enjoyed the other side of the community (at stop sign turn right instead of left). Beach access is about 10 min walk to the right if you are standing outside of property looking south. Overall it was a very relaxing, and peaceful getaway. Just what we needed.

Excellent Unit

All high-end finishes, completely remodeled and well-furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai, watching boats, fish and gators! Also, Gulf water excellent, beach clean and beach chairs and accessories all there. No hint of red tide.

Fantastic Spring Break

Rental property was amazing and so relaxing. It was the perfect size for 2 people (it was me and my 17 year old daughter). There is a Murphy bed that I don’t think is advertised. Close to the beach and 2 bikes available. We’ll definitely come back!
