Cleaning Disclaimer: One light cleaning per every seven (7) nights booked, and one end of stay cleaning is included in the reservation total. Guests may request additional cleanings at their expense.

Special Use Policy: Reservations that involve hosting events (small or large), commercial activities, or other non-traditional uses -- including rotating groups of guests during the same stay -- require prior written approval from the host. Pool Disclaimer: Pool hours are 12pm-5pm, daily.

The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is not heated, but will warm up quickly with the warmer weather. The pool does not have a lifeguard, which all guests will acknowledge among other rules and regulations during the booking process. Guests swim at their own risk

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Bookings will receive a 100% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the check-in date. Guests will receive a 50% refund if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the check-in date. All payments become non-refundable within 7 days of a guests' check-in date.
