Please note, the primary renter must be 30 years of age or older, and while there is an elevator on-site, it is not currently in use.

The garage is available for guest use and storage, though it's not set up for vehicle parking.

Take the stairs to the second floor, where you'll discover two beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a TV, and large windows framing stunning canal views. These two bedrooms share a sleek full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also on the second floor is the spacious chef's kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals. The large kitchen island offers seating for three, ideal for a quick coffee before heading out for the day. The dining table comfortably seats eight, flowing easily into the inviting living area where a plush sectional and a large TV await. Just off the living space, a balcony offers cushioned seating and a dining table for six, all overlooking the peaceful canal and the sparkling pool below. An additional half bathroom on this floor provides extra convenience for guests.

The third floor is home to the luxurious primary suite, featuring a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two more guest bedrooms are located on this level, both furnished with queen beds and private en suite bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination.
