Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully renovated house offers ~1,050 sq ft of modern comfort. With a stylish design and 5 appliances, it’s the perfect spot for couples, small families, or business travelers.
Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: serenity at home and easy access to downtown and amenities!
Whether you’re here to explore, work, or unwind, this space has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.
Well received on other short term rental platforms and have attained Superhost status.

Stainless steel fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster.
Washer and dryer.
75” 4K UHD HDR TV in living room with Roku.
55” 4K UHD HDR TV in master bedroom with Pluto, Tubi, etc.
32” HD TV in guest bedroom with Samsung TV, Pluto, Tubi, etc.
There is a Windows 11 workstation (desktop computer with guest account) with 32" Samsung monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Internet if you have not brought a laptop with you.
Toiletries and Linens:
Body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher detergent, bath towels, bathmat, hand towels, face cloths, and bedding (duvet, quilt, linens, pillows etc.) are provided.
Parking, Proximity, and Public Transit:
Free parking on the street.
3-minute walk to public transit.
3-minute drive to greengrocer (Costco and Walmart are about a 6-minute drive).
12-minute drive to downtown.
Check-in etc.:
3:00 PM Check-in (can be earlier if no guests the night prior).
Touch base with Host or Co-Host
Smart Lock with code.
Accommodation for luggage drop-off can be made.

Bedding: 1 duvet is down, everything else is down alternative and hypoallergenic. Arrangements can be made if a hypoallergenic alternative is required for the down duvet.

HDMI 2.0 cable/connection provided for living room TV.

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood for its charm and sense of community. Folks still smile and say hello when you pass them on the street when they're out walking their dogs or for are out for a stroll.
Franchises have yet to fully conquer the area as well and there remains a sizable contingent of Mom and Pop establishments.
Unlike many newer communities, the houses here are not those godawful cookie cutter residences and each place is a unique snowflake as it were.

What makes this property unique
This house is not a new build, but it was gutted and completed redone ~2 years ago. It is quite modern and likewise very comfortable!
