Prepare to be captivated by the unparalleled water views from our stunning 2-bedroom (plus bonus space), 2-bathroom waterfront condo at South Seas Lands End. Widely considered to have the best views in Lands End, you'll enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, the Pass, and the Sound. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two comfortable double beds and a private balcony. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Relax in the spacious living room, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy dining together in the dining area. The unique bonus space off the living room features twin trundle beds that can be closed off for use as a private 3rd sleeping area. Step out onto the screened lanai to soak in the incredible scenery overlooking a tranquil water feature, the lush golf course, and out to the sparkling Gulf, Pass, and North Captiva. While resort amenities are not included, guests have access to the association's heated pool, BBQ grills, and tennis court. This second-floor walk-up condo requires a 5-night minimum stay. Place is gorgeous and excellent views!Balcony up and downstairs will call you to have a cup of coffee on handOnly complaints are the resort amenities. You can’t park your golf cart anywhere really if it isn’t a resort golf cart, you can’t eat or drink anywhere without a resort pre made credit with room number, and you can go swim etc on the resortWhat’s the point of having a place in the resort if you can’t use it ?Might as well BNB somewhere cheaper

We sincerely regret that the resort amenity restrictions negatively impacted your stay. We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify that all private, non-resort rentals at this location, including ours, operate under a strict agreement with the resort which prohibits access to most resort-exclusive services, such as the pools, trolley, on-site dining credit system, and preferred golf cart parking. This necessary restriction is fully disclosed in our listing details and pre-arrival communications. While we cannot offer the full resort package, our guests benefit from the privacy, space, and spectacular views of a private residence, along with access to the association's private pool, BBQ grills, and tennis court. We apologize for any confusion regarding what is included, and we hope that the beauty and comfort of the home still provided a memorable vacation. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.

Excellent very well appointed loved the sunsets. Just one point we were not aware the property was managed by Dream Vacations. Therefore we didn’t pick up the email which contained all the relevant information we needed. As we booked via Vrbo we assumed the welcome pack would come from them.
