Set amid lushly updated modern Lowcountry furnishings, and enjoying majestic views of the 9th hole at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III, this exquisite PET FRIENDLY vacation paradise in the heart of Sea Pines.
Lush natural light and golf scenery fill the open living spaces of the ground floor, an open plan infused with coastal chic flair. To one side, a conversation area groups a sofa and armchairs before a wide flat-screen TV. To another, dramatic artwork hangs in the formal dining with seating for six.
Step through sliders on either side and you’re immersed in an outdoor oasis that offers outdoor dining for four plus a separate bistro table for two ringed with verdant foliage and enjoying unfettered views of the course.
Throughout, you’ll find a host of amenities to cater to your every need during your stay. This includes a full washer and dryer, plus a separate half bath on the ground floor. And in the kitchen, you’ll find exquisite updates including stainless steel appliances and granite counters which wrap around to bar seating for four.
The floating staircase that anchors the open living space stretches up toward a skylight and three blissfully comfortable guest rooms. In the first, you’ll find a king-size bed at the center of a spacious getaway with ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and an en suite with spacious walk-in shower. The next guestroom pairs one double and one twin bed in a space with multiple built-ins, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite with tub and shower.
The owners’ suite exults in luxury resort amenities, with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and private balcony that lets you soak in golf views from among the treetops. The en suite bath offers a spacious spa-like experience with dual-basin vanities and marvelously spacious walk-in shower.
