Spend the morning exploring by bike, walk to the Greenwood Forest pool for an afternoon swim, and return home for cocktails around the fire table or dinner on the deck. It's an easy home base for enjoying busy days around Sea Pines and relaxed evenings at home.

THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Families, two couples traveling together, golf groups, and friends looking for a beautifully renovated home with comfortable accommodations and convenient access to everything Sea Pines has to offer. Two king bedrooms make the layout especially appealing for adults traveling together, while the twin bedroom provides additional flexibility for families.

POOL: The Greenwood Forest pool is approximately a five-minute walk from the home and is open seasonally from April through September.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably // 2 King beds // 2 Twin beds. Two king bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for adults, while the third bedroom with two twin beds is ideal for children or additional guests. FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The renovated kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you're making breakfast before heading out for the day or grilling dinner at home. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make cooking and dining in easy and enjoyable.

BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.

PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence at this Nest.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Sea Pines Beach Club. The closest trolley location is near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road, approximately three minutes away by car. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
