This was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The communication by the host was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with housewares. The location was quiet and relaxing.

We could not ask for a better house. It was clean and a fully furnished kitchen. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again.

We had an incredible long weekend stay with our family! An open and inviting space, very family friendly and an excellent location! All the bathrooms were clean with crisp towels & the kitchen was stocked with everything we might need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Beautiful home right in Sea Pines! Nice and spacious, plenty of room to bring family or friends. Excellent location with beach, great restaurants and plenty to do, all close by. Will definitely come back

Easy-breezy

Super easy location to get on the Leisure Trail and to the beach. The home was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciousness.

Beautiful home close to the beach

Our family celebrated the 4th of July and had a great time! It is a beautiful home in a great location. We walked to the beach or rode bikes. We also did a lot of cooking in the well stocked kitchen.

Perfect escape!

This property was exactly what we needed for some R&R! Communication with rental company was clear + prompt. The home was very well laid-out and accessible to everything we needed. I will book this property again!

Wonderful

7 Jessamine is as lovely as it appears in the photos. The house is comfortable and well appointed, located at the end of a quiet street, with easy access to the bike paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return.

Peace & Quiet

We loved the neighborhood and the location of the house on the street, tucked back in all the trees. We saw deer most days of our stay! The beach was only a 5 minute bike ride on the walking / bike path. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our short trip to HHI. This house was very clean, beautifully furnished, a great layout for entertaining and the kitchen was nicely stocked with pretty much what ones needs to prepare meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. A quick drive or bike ride to the beach club. Our week was shortened due to Tropical Storm Debby. If you book during hurricane season, get trip insurance! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Very nice property

We enjoyed our stay at this very nice property. The online listing was spot on for the most part. The only issue we had was beach access. The property management instructions for beach access took us to a private only beach access. So it is a longer walk than 5 minutes to access the beach and you walk on fairly busy roads.

Never again!

The place had overflowing loose trash in the garbage cans and dog urine on every rug throughout the house. Will not rent here again!

However, we want to clarify that after your departure, our team discovered extensive pet-related damage throughout the home—including urine and feces on multiple rugs. Unfortunately, three rugs were beyond repair and had to be discarded, while the remaining rugs required professional cleaning. These issues were thoroughly documented and communicated directly to you. We take great care in maintaining our properties to a high standard, and we acted promptly to restore the home to ensure it meets our cleanliness and quality expectations. We remain dedicated to maintaining the comfort and integrity of our properties so all guests can enjoy a positive experience.

All good, except that the beach access is problematic. Selfish neighbors on the beach block should allow visitors to access the beach from the surrounding neighborhoods, instead there are locked gate entranceways.

Read Fine Print

Final charges included numerous add-on fees for multiple companies outside the actual rental organization. There were directions to the beach from the house that were incorrect, but apparently that was a low priority for the company. We found help elsewhere. Linens are not cotton, pillows were flat, one sink was backed up. Minor issues if not for the premium fees. Also, emails encourage 5-star ratings by offering to enter the customer in a drawing, so all of the 5-star ratings may be compromised.

We had been in contact prior to your arrival to explain why there was a fee to be paid to VRBO and Coastal Vacation Rentals separately which were shown in the booking confirmation, but do apologize if there was still any confusion after this point. Our team has reviewed the beach access information and the implied areas but unfortunately with the passing of the recent storms here some points may have been closed off for safety reasons. We appreciate you letting us know of your concerns with the linens on property as well and will be sure to have our team look into these! 7 Jessamine was a wonderful property to rent. Great location and fully updated.

House was beautiful and owner was great to communicate with. We travel to HHI often and will definatley be renting this property again

Great Sea Pines home

Everything was excellent. Plenty of space. Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice central Sea Pines location with good proximity to the beach. Plus some extras that we used, like a boogie board for the beach.

10/10 fantastic property and location!

There is always that fear that pictures are staged and the property will be disappointing. This was not the case here. The home has a great open floor plan and several places to gather together or have space to yourself. The home is clean and trendy! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Very happy with our stay!

Best part of the property is the location! Quiet street, close to beach and biking trails.

From online booking throughout the stay, an outstanding experience. Dining table and high top kitchen counter allowed for family meals in a spacious way. All the amenities to make this a wonderful stay. Kitchen well provisioned.

Wonderful Week

The property was wonderful. It had plenty of space for my family to spread out. Having two bunk beds was great, it kept my twin boys from fighting over who gets to sleep on top. Wonderful kitchen loved cooking in it. I would stay at this property again.

Wonderful house!

This house is very clean, spacious and modern. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and nice. The house is in the perfect location close to the golf course and the beach. Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Very close to Harbour Town. We rented bikes for the week and rode them everywhere. Highly recommend this home! We had a wonderful time.
