Beautifully upgraded 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located within walking distance to Harbour Town. Sequestered behind your own gated courtyard, this vacation rental boasts private luxury with a relaxed feel.
The first floor is designed with a fresh coastal kitchen, featuring oyster-flecked granite countertops, a large pantry and all major appliances. Comfortably entertain a party of 8 in the large open dining area which flows into a bright and airy living space housed with a brand-new quartz topped wet bar.
Enjoy the the entire villa from the family room, with its impressive vaulted ceilings, plush navy sofas, decorative fireplace and large flatscreen Roku TV to access all your personalized channels. Sliding glass doors at the back of the villa open to the lush Carolina landscape and back deck with seating and grill.
The opposite side of the first floor includes a large, updated bedroom with a king sized bed, flat screen Roku TV and plenty of storage. Just outside is a brand-new renovated bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, marbled tile and sleek black accents.
On the second level you will be greeted with a small desk/workspace, laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer, master bedroom and third bedroom.
The open, pale-hued master includes a king-sized bed, flat screen Roku TV, large closet space and a private balcony set amid the majestic oaks. The brand-new master bath includes a stunning marble double-vanity with a gorgeous walk in shower and tiled flooring.
