These luxurious three-bedroom/three-bath townhome rentals in the Shipyard offer designer floor plans, all with beautiful golf courses or nature preserve views.

Our Shipyard townhomes feature high ceilings, three stylish bedrooms, including two master suites, a dining area for 6, granite countertop kitchens, living rooms with TVs and sleep sofas and sweeping decks with breathtaking views of the lagoon, fairways, and forest preserve.

The beautifully landscaped Southwind II features a swimming pool, hot tub, putting green, playground, and picnic area. Conveniently located in the Shipyard Plantation, these townhomes are a short walk or bike ride from Shipyard Beach Club via a shaded pathway and just minutes from Shipyard Golf Club, Van Der Meer Tennis Center, bike trails, and the nearby shops, dining, and activities of the Island's south end. Guests enjoy complimentary green fees at Palmetto Dunes Courses. (Cart fees are not included)

The property at 51 Colonade Drive in Hilton Head was incredible! Perfect layout and very spacious!

The townhouse that we rented had a beautiful, very large living room with an adjacent dining room table and chairs. The living room contains a "Smart TV", which is nice for those that have the ability to utilize it (subscriptions to Netflix, MLB, etc.). The kitchen contained all of the major appliances including a microwave. There are three very nice bedrooms, each with their own separate bathroom. Two of the bedrooms were of the "master" varieties, with large closets and master baths. The third bedroom had two twin beds. The property is easily accessible and not too far off the main road. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would recommend this property for anyone traveling to Hilton Head and is looking for a quality vacation rental to enjoy and relax in.
