Great Large home on Falmouth Village Green with a Pool
Great nine bedroom home on the Village Green in Downtown Falmouth. This home sleeps 18 and even has a ground floor en-suite bedroom which is wheel chair accessible. This large home has a nice porch for watching Main Street activity. The back of the house has a large screened in porch looking out over your private pool.
The first level of the of this newly renovated home has a nice living room, family room, eat in Kitchen and and three bedrooms. Bedrooms are 6 Queen which 5 are en suite
(one being Handicapped accessible),two have twin beds and the ninth bedroom has bunk beds, Close to the Shining Sea Bike Path, Beaches and downtown restaurants and shopping. Also less that 1.5 miles to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Great for reunions or maybe even a small wedding.
Saturday to Saturday rentals,
No smoking, May consider a dog,
*Non Refundable $175.00 Booking Fee
Cleaning Fee $650
Taxes not included in rental rate.
