The space
"The Area" has 2 bedrooms with a King bed and Queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, dining space, living space, laundry and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea and spices. We love to cook and have included a large array of cookware. Please feel to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment.

For you entertainment - "The Area" also is equipped with a Foosball/Baby Football table in the lower level. Hope you have fun time with it. You will also find a Stationary Exercise Bike next to the Foosball table. So, you would not miss your cardio day at "The Area".

For your convenience - "The Area" also offers *free EV charging* during your stay. There is a Tesla Level 2 charge station at the parking spot, please feel free to use it. For non tesla EV users, it should still work if you have a compatible adapter. Please use EV recommended adapters only.

The County offers so much to do and see for the whole family. Gorgeous vistas and water almost everywhere you go (we are on an island:) Wineries and micro breweries, sandy beaches and breathtaking walking trails, gourmet restaurants and hip casual foodie joints. The options are endless. Boutique shops in quaint little towns, antique shops and farm stands at every turn.
