Our guest suite is the perfect location to come and unwind. Quiet, peaceful and just steps from the Diamond J horse ranch. A 5 minute drive to Lake on the Mountain resort, Picton downtown and Sandbanks beach. Just 3 minutes from the Glenora ferry.
Sit outside on the private covered porch and enjoy the company of the many birds, bunnies and deer that like to frequent our place!

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

We loved staying at Dawn & Ron’s place! Great location, a short drive to Picton, beaches, parks, and views. The unit was clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable! Highly recommend. :) We’ll be back for sure!

We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after each day exploring the County. The kitchen is well-stocked, and they left us ice packs to use if needed. Wi-fi is spotty but hey, you're on vacay, there are lots of good books here.

Clean and comfortable

The unit was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there were no windows in the kitchen or living room leaving it very dark. Beds were great. Lots of towels. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. Kitchen was very modern. Unfortunately I suffer from an inner ear disfunction and because the floors were uneven it made it difficult for me to get around. Other member of the family did not notice the uneven floors.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the Loyalist Bird House. It is in an excellent location to enjoy all the sights around the area. The place is spacious with a very modern kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bedrooms and lovely porch to sit outside and enjoy the gardens and birds. We would happily stay here again.

Great location

Lovely retreat

My friends and I were very impressed with Loyalist Birdhouse. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was modern and well laid out. Excellent amenities available.

We had an amazing time. The property met and exceeded our expectations. We are already planning another visit and cannot wait until we can go again. The location was ideal. The spacious living area was exactly what we wanted. Our host made us feel very welcome and nothing was overlooked.

Great spot to stay in PEC

We were in the area for a family event so didn't get to spend as much time there as we'd have liked, but we really liked it and would happily come back. The quiet front porch was really nice to hang out on at the end of busy days. The unit itself had everything we needed and Dawn upstairs was quick to answer any questions we had. We'd never been to Lake on the Mountain just 4 minutes up the road and would highly recommend a trip there for the views and lunch for anyone else staying here.

I stayed here with friends for 2 nights. Lovely front porch for conversations and a great space to be away from things which is what we wanted.

This is a wonderful property in a quiet location just outside Picton. The apartment is well appointed and clean. Check in was seamless. The passes to sandbanks was a nice value add. Would love to stay here again next time in Picton. Thanks Dawn!

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé de belles vacances familiales relaxantes. L’appartement est si tranquille, nous avons bien dormi. Sur la propriété, nous avons vu un lièvre, deux chevreuils et trois dindons sauvages. C’est situé tout près du village de Picton, où il y a tous les services, et à distance raisonnable de Sandbanks
