This home is conveniently located in downtown Westport, within walking distance to restaurants, attractions, Upper Rideau Lake, and Sand Lake. The unique location fosters privacy and relaxation while reducing the noise from downtown traffic.

Take advantage of a covered front porch and a backyard that encourages relaxation with a serene yard and two private decks.

Ample parking onsite that can accommodate multiple vehicles (up to three) and a boat trailer, and includes the use of a one-car garage.

Free WiFi can be enjoyed throughout the property. The spacious, open living room is perfect for socializing and connecting, while the bright, expansive basement offers entertainment options, including a fitness area and television (connected to Roku).

Bedroom one is located on the main floor and has a queen bed, dresser and closet.

Bedroom two is located on the main floor and has a double bed, dresser and closet.

Bedroom three (master suite) is located on the main floor and includes an ensuite, dresser, and closet.

Bedroom four is located in the basement level and is perfect for children and youth. It includes a closet, dresser, twin day-bed and a bunk bed (twin top, double bottom).

All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided.

*This property has a motion sensor security system with an outdoor camera to monitor the parking lot and beginning of the walkway. The front door also has a doorbell camera.

The house was clean. A lot of room and bright with lots of windows. We did enjoy our visit. Nice and close to walk to pretty much everywhere.

I can’t say enough great things about this property and its location. Great communication with hosts from day 1. Check in was a breeze, and the house is beautiful. Large and in a great location. Great place to stay when you are visiting Westport. Easy to walk anywhere in the village and down to the waterfront. Set back from the street so it is very quiet with lots of greenspace and a large backyard raised deck to enjoy it all. We were 4 women and loved that we could have our own room to sleep in. No BBQ or washing facilities should be noted but that did not matter to us for our visit. Great value for the 's.

This property located in downtown Westport was a perfect location to accommodate our family. We were attending a wedding nearby. The home was clean and well appointed, communication and check-in was smooth. The host had left treats for the kids.I would certainly recommend it :)Thank you

Overall was pretty good. Communication with the host was really good. Due to some change of plans, we had to make some changes to the booking and she was very accommodating. Bedrooms were great. Bathtubs and shower could be updated. Security cameras are fine, but kind of annoying having one rotating at the corner of the garage to follow your every move.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the motion sensor camera for the parking lot felt invasive. As it was a newly installed system, we were still learning the best settings for it. After you gave us your feedback, we adjusted the sensitivity level. Please note the camera is MOTION SENSOR activated only, so it only records when there is movement in the parking areas and the first few feet of the walkway, and all recordings automatically delete from the system in 24 hours.

Perfect for groups! There’s a large living room and basement. Ample patio furniture, if you want to be outside. Overall, the place was beautiful with all the amenities. Host even had some snacks for us which was a sweet touch!

We had a great experience at this house. Rebecca was a pleasure to dela with, very communicative and provided great details to make the booking and entry seamless.The house itself was very clean with ample space for oir family of 4 plus Grandma ans Grandpa. Very nice backyards with two decks and great location within waking distance to the town, and short drives to sand lake and spy rock.We would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great family home Stay in Westport.
