We had a great stay! Alana was great to communicate with and so helpful! The home was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be beat! So close to the beach and only a few minutes walk to a big playground which the kids loved! The beds were comfy and the living space was great for cozy mornings. Clean and comfortable. Hosts very accommodating. Right on Lakeshore Drive which can be noisy but the beach right across the street was lovely to have morning coffee and watch sunsets.

Charming cottage, it is a lovely home away from home. Perfect location, right across the street from the lake, and boardwalk. It has a beautiful front and backyard with mature trees. We enjoyed coffee and tea every morning in the front yard. The beds are very comfortable and the place is decorated beautifully.

Perfect location, right across from the lake but secluded and quiet. The host left a beautiful welcome note and gift which was a lovely touch. The house was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Everything you need for your stay is there (just bring food and good company!). Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Thank you for your review, William. It deeply saddens us to have received our first less than 10/10 review merely because we do not offer cable TV, even though you stated that everything was positive both here on the site as well as in our guest book. Please advise if we have incorrectly advertised that we do offer cable TV. We have never received this request. We do provide a Smart TV with the ability to log into all of your own streaming platforms. Most guests come in the summer to enjoy the beautiful town and its amenities. We will review if further requests are made for this, maybe throughout the winter.

Fantastic property across the street from the lake. Made daily paddling easy and impromptu returns if anything was missed when spending the day at the lake. The house was lovely, comfortable beds with duvets and well appointed kitchen. 10 minute walk to restaurants, rental boats and the Wibit. We are hoping to book again in the future.

The Best 'Girls Weekend Away' Cabin

We had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and the communication with the host was excellent. The house itself was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable (they felt like a high-end hotel), ensuring we all got a great night's rest. We loved spending time on the sunny private front deck, whether sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The backyard fire pit area was the perfect spot to relax and unwind together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The main drag is an easy 10 minute walk along the lake. This place was everything we were hoping for and more, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing retreat with great amenities.

Absolutely enchanting! This charming, private oasis was everything we could have hoped for. The cabin was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need—from quality toiletries, linens, and kitchen supplies to spices, food storage containers, and even a huge bag of ice waiting for us!The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen appliances and cookware were all excellent quality, and we loved the thoughtful touches throughout, right down to the adorable kitchen clock. We especially appreciated how safe and well prepared the cabin was, with clearly marked fire extinguishers and a first aid kit.We initially worried about there being no AC during 30C weather, but the cabin stayed surprisingly cool and we never even needed the fans. The welcome card and gift were such a lovely touch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming—we honestly felt like we were staying with friends. We wanted for nothing and have already booked for next year! We absolutely cannot wait to come back.
