This adorable cabin is the perfect place to gather with family, to connect and enjoy your vacation. There are 3 separate outdoor spaces, including a fenced yard with fire pit, a sun-soaked large upper deck and front patio for staying cool (if you've had too much time connecting with family).
Only a 3 minute walk to the beach and Lakeshore Drive, where you can enjoy all that Sylvan Lake has to offer. Restaurants, pubs, bowling, water sports, sand castles and ICE CREAM!
Great proximity to the rink as well, for families attending Hockey Camp.
This home is fully licensed (STAR-05040) and approved to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Our family stayed here for a 75th bday weekend. The location was great for hitting the beach and town (by walking). Cabin is cute and cozy as described.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle & Alex’s Cabin. The Cabin has such charm and was a prefect relaxing place, with all of the amenities and close to everything. Tons of outdoor living spaces to enjoy! We would most definitely stay again!

...this was certainly a wonderful, affordable choice for a fun and beautiful getaway. Michelle is a wonderful, gracious hostess. The cottage, with its sun-filled upper deck was the go-to gathering place for the 6 of us sisters.

Coolest and coziest cabin ever!

Our family had such an incredible time! The second you roll up to this cozy cabin you feel right at home! The location is perfect, close to the beach and hockey rink! Our hosts were so gracious and welcoming, and the treats for the kids were a huge hit! Can’t wait to be back, thank-you so much!

Amazing!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5 and fur-baby! Very spacious. Had everything you could ever need and just off the strip so it was quiet but close to the beach. What made it amazing was the hosts. Michelle was absolutely wonderful! Thank you!

Wonderful Stay

Couldn’t have asked for more at this lovely little home away from home. Michelle and Alex were most accommodating and made us a priority during our entire stay. Just a super property, beautifully decorated, equipped with all things to make our stay fantastic. grandkids loved the upper loft. Backyard fire pit was great for s’more nights and being close to the beach, ice cream store, and playground were the bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect for Families!

The cabin is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Easy access to the beach, dining, and entertainment. Also plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for simply relaxing and hanging out. The Best Cabin and AMAZING Hosts

This is the perfect place to stay if planning a trip to Sylvan. Great location, super clean and organized, beautifully decorated inside and out, has 100% anything and everything you could think of. When you open the door and walk in it immediately feels like you are "at home". You can see the pride these hosts take in both maintaining the property as well as their reputation as hosts. This was our very first rental experience and it's going to be very tough to beat. Thank you so much for everything!

A Perfect Getaway

We wanted a quiet, romantic and comfortable stay for our weekend away, and that's exactly what we got at this Cozy Cabin. The unique arched design and light-filled space created a welcoming and warm ambiance that immediately felt like home. We loved the convenient location near lakeshore drive pubs and restaurants. We highly recommend treating yourself to a stay in this delightful and peaceful cabin. We look forward to returning during the summer months to enjoy the outdoor spaces and check out the dog-friendly patio at Bukwildz. Michelle responded quickly and was easy to contact when we had questions about the TV instructions and WiFi access. The high-quality bedding and comfortable bed was an added bonus, I LOVE the. morning sunshine, so it was perfect for me, but it might not be if you need a dark room to get your beauty rest.

Amazing location

We spent four weeks here in July / August of 2024. I believe we were one of the first guests in this property. The house is simple, so if you're expecting a fancy resort style lodging, this isn't it. It's a nice little three bedroom / 1 bath home. Bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are small but usable. Living room, front porch and back yard are spacey and have plenty of room to relax. Best part is the location. 5 minute walk to the beach and stores. Can't beat that. We spent almost every day walking to the beach, hanging out there, having lunch on the water front and then walking home. Didn't need to communicate with the hosts much but that's a good things. Just means everything worked and we didn't have any issues. Overall, we all loved the house and are already planning to come here again next summer.

Sisters' Weekend

We were a group of 6 sisters (and 2 dogs) CUDOS: - Loved having a roomy kitchen island where we could all gather around and prepare meals together - Enjoyed playing games at the dining room table after dinner each evening - Kitchen was impressively well stocked with everything we needed to cook - Appreciated having different indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in, depending on our mood and the weather - Loved the morning walks and access to coffee shops and 'downtown' - Fenced back yard; safe and convenient for the dogs - Private space; no neighbours on one side and rear - Cute decor - CLEAN! THINGS TO CONSIDER: - The stairs to the bedrooms are fairly steep and narrow, so may not be suitable for everyone - The grass in the back yard is uneven in places, which could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues - Beautiful freestanding bathtub is great for soaking but may be deep for some to enter/exit, depending on abilities. Thankful for the handrail - Railing on front porch appears to be loose in some spots. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property to others; planning to book again for next year.
