Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much - the property is well-equipped, clean and conveniently located very close to Delaware Water Gap activities. We had a small issue with heat and Paul very quickly came and fixed it. Great place to stay!

Great Place!

Paul was an amazing host, the property was just as described. I love the stream and small pond out back. We had an amazing time! I would stay again anytime I am in the area.

Great location and amenities

Perfect location for access to Tannersville outlets, Jim Thorpe and Pocono Raceway. Rental had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen had every gadget and appliance needed. Host was exceptional to work with and very responsive.

Nice little house.

The house is cute and spotlessly clean. The location was convenient but not very private. The road it’s on is very busy but that’s really our only complaint.

Clean and comfortable

Great property with easy access to Stroudsburg, Allentown, Pocono Mts. and surrounding areas. Updated bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean and perfect if you’re traveling with doggies. (Lots of lawn) Great Pizzeria within walking distance. We loved it!

Wonderful place to stay

We came to the area to attend the COTA Jazz festival in Delaware water gap, as well as hike the Appalachian trail, but traveling with a dog can be tough. This place was affordable, pet friendly and not far at all for our needs. Paul was very communicative, and Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Saylorsburg Pizza is a 2 minute walk from the front door, and their food is delicious! Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

The house was super clean and we didn’t want for anything related to supplies for the house. It was easy to check in, the directions were precise and it was better than advertised. I would recommend this house to anyone who wanted to vacation in the area.

Amazing

For being my first experience it was amazing. The place was clean and just how it was described. I had no issues at all. I will definitely book again and recommend the place to others. On my stay I went to bush kill fall with my dog and had a great time. It’s about a 30-40 min drive.

Good for our needs

The unit is a split house, plenty big for our purposes. It is realy close to the main road with lots of traffic. We had to put earplugs in . The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

Perfect Stay

My daughter and I stayed in this home for two weeks. It was very clean and nice. It was obviously remodeled recently as everything was new. The kitchen had all essentials which made it easy to cook all meals at home. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having two baths. The home sits close to a little creek and it's a short walk to the lake. There are stores and restaurants very close by. The check in and communication with the host was perfect. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again.

Wedding g in the Poconos

Very convenient for the event that we attended. We needed a place primarily for sleeping since there were no local motels. So, we were not able to fully utilize all the unit's amenities. The only negative is that it is located on a very busy street, so the traffic noise is substantial. But that's a very beautiful area and would choose to stay at that property again if we went back.

First time in the Poconos

This was our first time visiting the Poconos. We were unsure what to expect or if venues would be open due to the current pandemic. We decided to look for a small, pet friendly rental with amenities. We could not be more pleased with our place and our stay! It had everything we needed, check in / out was super easy, close to the local vineyards, restaurants, and attractions. Paul made us feel welcome and let us know he was there if we had any questions. Thank you, Paul. We plan to visit again soon!

Very nice, will return next year!

Well equipped house. Included everything you might want, although we were out all days at the Wind Gap Bluegrass Festival and never cooked. Large comfortable living room with two sofas. Had TVs in every room. We found the mattress in the master bedroom too saggy and asked our host to please make up the king bed in the other room. That bed was fine. Response was immediate and friendly. Turns out our host was also a fan of bluegrass music. We will return next year. Would recommend.
