Located in the heart of Montecito, this newer cottage has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, high end furnishings, comfortable beds with fresh linens, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (one queen and two twins) with nice linens and plenty of pillows. There is a private patio with a built-in BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture. It's an easy 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.

We love the Montecito area and the proximity to wonderful restaurants right down the street. Loved the high ceilings and cute patio which made the cottage feel spacious. It was charming and well appointed! I would absolutely come back to stay here again!

This was the second time we stayed at this home. It was just as delightful as before! The house was well equipped, excellent location - easy on/off freeways, lots of fun places nearby, easy to find, parking a breeze - and extremely comfortable.
