Wonderful place to stay with everything you could want or need. There are some nice places to eat within walking distance too, if you would like a break from cooking. Iain was a very helpful host. Organising a place for us to eat dinner when our flight was delayed.

The house was clean and spacious and well stocked with everything you could want and need . It was very private and quiet and relaxing for a holiday house. The host Iain was extremely friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond to help you and was extremely prompt if any issues arose .I would have no concerns definitely recommending anyone to come have a pleasant and peaceful stay there . We will definitely look forward to coming back for another stay .

Outstanding! Gorgeous well appointed and surprisingly spacious home, with everything you could ask for and more. Lovely and clean, pictures don't do it justice. So quiet and private, yet so close to everything. The hosts have thought of everything and are incredibly welcoming and generous, yet also very respectful of guests' privacy. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful unit in Scarness, Hervey Bay. The place was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Our host was excellent – friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.The unit offered great security with a lock-up garage and secure yard, which gave us real peace of mind. It was lovely and quiet, perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area with its BBQ setup – ideal for evening meals.Overall, this unit is a gem in Hervey Bay, with short walk to beach, shops and endless restaurants, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay

Absolutely Outstanding — Our Best Holiday Stay Yet!This was, without a doubt, the best holiday rental we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything we could have possibly needed had already been thought of — the attention to detail was exceptional.Our wonderful hosts, Iain and Pla, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive.The unit itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and plenty of great places to eat. My wife and I bought this property 2 years ago and built this house at the rear of our property primarily for our daughters to stay when they come up to visit us from Sydney. This is new to us but we are looking forward to making our guests feel welcome. We prefer the personal approach which is why we will not be using a dropbox for keys, and actually greeting you personally.

Why they chose this property

We chose Scarness as it is in the best location in Hervey Bay for the beach and cafes and restaurants. We love to go cycling so this is a great place as it is very flat.
