Located on the preferred, sheltered northern side of Hindmarsh Island, this airy and bright two storey home offers modern comfort alongside the call of a riverside adventure.
Launch your boat from the public boat ramp adjacent to the property and find the entrance to the Coorong National park just around the bend. Upon your return, moor your boat at the property’s private jetty.

Located on the preferred, sheltered northern side of Hindmarsh Island, this airy and bright two storey home offers modern comfort alongside the call of a riverside adventure.
Launch your boat from the public boat ramp adjacent to the property and find the entrance to the Coorong National park just around the bend. Upon your return, moor your boat at the property’s private jetty. Watch the twilight settle on the water as you bbq the day’s catch on the upstairs balcony and the kids bounce on the trampoline and play back yard cricket on the expansive fully fenced lawn area.
Enjoy a game of pool upstairs or cook up a storm in the gourmet entertainer kitchen. There is a smaller living room downstairs with kitchenette, queen bedroom and bathroom for families to be able to enjoy some alone time too.
This is one family entertainer which caters beautifully for larger groups and if you own a boat, you will love the freedom to keep it moored at the jetty for the duration of your stay.
**Please note this property is Strictly non smoking. Please do not book this property if you or anyone who will be travelling with you are smokers. We also have a very strict no party policy.
The house runs exclusively on rain water so accurate guest numbers are important so we can moss or the water levels and ensure you don’t run out of water during your stay.
One well behaved dog is very welcome but please let us know if you’re bringing a dog. There is a $75 pet fee payable prior to your stay.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Close to Narnu farm which offers horse back riding and other fun activities for kids.
Short drive to kayak the Coorong expeditions and also the Coorong cafe.
In Goolwa there are a multitude of cafes and shops to explore as well as the currency creek wine region

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
