Set on a quiet street in Goolwa South, Sea-esta is a relaxed coastal escape ideal for families, couples, and pet owners. With fully enclosed yards for peace of mind, and Goolwa Beach just a short drive away plus cafés and the riverfront around a twenty-minute walk, it’s a perfect base to unwind, explore, and feel at home.

The home welcomes you with a neat frontage and easy entry into a bright, comfortable interior. The living area is inviting and well set up for relaxing, complete with a fireplace for cooler nights and a pleasant outlook to the garden. Flowing through, the dining area connects seamlessly to a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy meals, plus good bench space and natural light.

The outdoor areas are a real highlight, with both front and back yards fully enclosed. Enjoy the front deck at sunset or gather in the backyard for casual dining, with a pizza oven ready for relaxed afternoons. The backyard also features swings, making it a great space for children to play while you unwind, with plenty of room for pets to roam safely.

The home offers a practical and family-friendly layout, with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second, and two single beds in the third, making it ideal for a mix of families or groups. There is a full bathroom, an additional toilet, and a laundry area for added convenience during longer stays.

Driveway parking is available for one car.

We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you`re travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. A pet fee of $75 will apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
