Central and modern 2 bedroom unit at Smugglers
This cozy centrally located second floor unit in the heart of Victor Harbor is perfect for couple or small families.
Leave the car in the car park and walk to cafes, the beach and with a superb gourmet fruit and veg store, you could always decide to cook at home.
The unit comprises two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each. The bedrooms are separated by the kitchen, bathroom and living area.
Bed linen and towels are included.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and various other cooking necessities.
There is also a common laundry where you’ll need $1 coins to operate the washer and dryer. Laundry powder is included and found in the apartment as well as an Iron.
Keep the car in the Smugglers car park and enjoy being able to walk everywhere. Even the beach is just a 5 min walk away.
Free fast Wifi is available for those needing to work while away or to stream your favourite shows.
Bed linen and towels all included as well as bathroom soaps, shampoo and kitchen essentials.
**Strictly no smoking and no parties.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
