Relax and unwind in this special location featuring direct beach access via the path next door.



The property features secluded pet friendly yard, unlimited WiFi, 55 inch Sony Smart TV, fireplace with all firewood, sheets and towels provided. Nothing to worry about - just arrive and start relaxing!



By day there's nothing but sand between you and the ocean, and by night all you will hear is the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Whether it's surfing, beach fishing, or just walking on the beach you seek, this is a perfect little getaway house for you and your family.



Pet friendly inside and out, so the dogs can come too.



In winter the fireplace and wall mounted heater will keep you cosy and warm, and in summer you can choose the sea breeze or the air conditioning.



Nearby you'll find the Goolwa SLSC patrolled beach, beachside cafes, the Encounter bikepath runs right past the house and don't forget the Corio Hotel for a great pub meal. We also highly recommend Cafe Bombora on the river which is a few minutes away.



Plenty of room in the big backyard with a new stainless steel undercover BBQ area. The dunes provide shelter from the winds, tucked away and secluded.

House was as described, in a great location right behind the dunes and a short walk to the beach. The house had everything needed to make it a comfortable stay. Jason was great to deal with and made checking in etc really easy.

Peaceful and relaxing place

Enjoyed our stay, a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay, great location only a short walk to the beach. Dogs loved the yard also.

Surfing holiday with the dog

Fantastic house, it had all that we needed to enjoy Goolwa Beach, and the backyard was great for the dog. We used it as a base to surf at Goolwa and Middleton, and could work during the day using the excellent wifi. The dog loved walks to the beach though the dunes. Highly recommended for a beach holiday.

Relaxing peaceful getaway

A cute little house with all you need. So close to the beach you can sit at night and listen to the waves crash. Communication with Jason the host was quick and helpful with all we needed to know...a peaceful little getaway

Beautiful Sea side retreat

This is a gorgeous little property that has been beautifully maintained. The mattresses on the beds are exceptional! Louise is a wonderful host who hasn't skimped on anything. Everything that you need and more is there to for you to enjoy. A lovely backyard just added to the experience. Will definitely be back.

Simply Perfect

Very neat, clean and tidy. Felt like home away from home. Very cosy and comfy especially in the cold nights, the fire was excellent, hardly used the split system reverse cycle. Great selection of CD's too. Excellent backyard for our dogs to play in and so close to the beach track. Excellent bathroom, laundry and large fridge. Everything you need in the well equiped kitchen and high quality cooking pots and pans. Good supply of cleaning and general amenities and very well laundered bedding, tea towels etc. We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay and highly recommend the Little Beach House.

Great beach house

Backs onto an amazing stretch of beach! Dog friendly enclosed garden/house, had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable. Perfect location for exploring this wonderful Peninsula and McLaren Vale.

Winter holiday stay

Great place to stay in all seasons. Beautiful fireplace was very welcoming and despite wintery weather, was well protected, cosy and warm. So close to beach; dog absolutely loved it!! Couldn’t fault anything..

The location and house was perfect for our needs. The bathroom was lovely and modern and the heating was great. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach and the surf club easily.

Nice place soured by property manager

The rules imposed and interaction with the property manager made the lead up to our stay unpleasant. We were asked to provide own toilet paper and bin bags, which seemed unreasonable given the cost of the rental. There was a limit imposed on the number of visitors we were allowed to have (2 people!) which was not communicated until we arrived at the property. We had to relocate my son’s 12th birthday family celebration to a neighbouring park as we wanted to invite 6 people (his grandparents and cousins). The house was cosy, well situated and clean. However, we will be avoiding booking any holiday house which is managed by this real estate agent in the future.

We've had nothing but positive reviews for several years while it was owner managed so I have now taken back the property to manage myself. Relaxing break

We love this property and have stayed here many times. It was the first time for our two miniature schnauzers and they had a ball. It’s a very comfortable, cosy and relaxing place to stay. Has a lovely feel to the place. Can’t wait to visit again.
