Come to the Island and enjoy this wonderful, centrally located, ground floor unit in Cayman Cay!
This Nautically designed, end unit has everything that you will need for your stay on Anna Maria Island. The full kitchen will make meal planning and entertaining a breeze. The living room is set up with a comfortable couch recliner to watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. There is also a small screen patio that overlooks the pool that has seating for two and another flat screen TV.
The master bedroom ensuite has a King size bed, flat screen TV and a small private patio that serves nicely as a quiet refuge to read a book or just enjoy a little fresh air. The Master Bath has a step in shower. The guest bedroom is adorable with its twin beds and nautical theme. The pecky cypress paneling adds a rich warmth to this room.
Cayman Cay is a small complex of 18 units with a carport for each unit. There are also several guest parking spots, if you have visitors. Located just north or the Manatee County Public beach and a block to the direct beach access. Also, close to trolley stops and to the north, the hub on the City of Holmes Beach where there are many shops, eateries, bars and the library. Just south of Cayman Cay you will find the public beach, shopping, grocery store, pharmacy and many more shops and eateries.
Just like the headline states the beach is just minutes away but the pool is just outside your back door and the BBQ area is lovely and shaded and open to all residents of Cayman Cay.
If you want adventure there are dolphin and sunset tours, deep sea fishing, parasailing, snorkeling and so much more.
This is a non-smoking and no pet community complex with a 30 day minimum.
