We have a great view of the Gulf of Mexico With easy access to the beach and heated pool. Full laundry and the kitchen is equipped for family meals. There is a free trolley that runs the length of the island and it stops right out front.

Minimum stay is 7 days

The City of Holmes Beach has established a noise ordinance to "protect the rights of citizens to enjoy a peaceful, quiet environment."

The ordinance applies to all places of business, public and private property, and other areas in the city. No person shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit any unreasonable noise that is audible beyond the boundaries of their property without the express written consent of the owner or occupier of the affected properties.

Noise is defined as any sound which is audible beyond the boundaries of the property producing the sound. Unreasonable noise is defined as any sound that is loud, raucous, jarring, or shrill enough to disturb the peace and quiet of any person or persons in the vicinity. The following activities are prohibited: -Loud music, including amplified musical instruments, musical instruments, radios, televisions, or other sound equipment. -Loud and unnecessary vehicle noises, such as loud engine revving, honking of horns, loud exhaust systems, and screeching tires. -Loud shouting, yelling, or screaming. -The use of loudspeakers or other sound equipment for commercial advertising.

We loved staying here! The condo was very clean and the host exceptionally welcoming. We came to the island to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday and our 50th wedding anniversary. What a pleasant surprise for us when we arrived to find a bottle of wine and congratulatory note from our hosts, Lisa & Rick. We also loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the screened-in balcony. I highly recommend this property for your next Anna Maria Island vacation.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent time staying on Anna Maria Island. Our accommodations were wonderful. The condo was spacious very clean and provided us with additional chairs for the beach as well as floats for the pool. There was even a tent in the master closet for us to use. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this unit.

Location could not be beat. We typically stay in Siesta Key or closer to Venice, and a beachfront condo of this size would easily cost double what we paid to stay here. Rick is very responsive and a great host. We also liked how quiet and low-key the building is, we typically had the pool to ourselves.

Wonderful condo.

Very clean, comfortable living space, 5well supplied kitchen. Gulf view from the second floor doorwall and balcony. Great place to wstch the sunset from the balcony or the beachfront. A nice pool alsoWe loved oue week here in rhis spacious condo. A lot of restaurants and stores in close proximity. We loved it all.

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this unit. Rick Brown is absolutely great to communicate with and help with any problems that might arise. This condo as well as others on the island are currently being worked on for structural reasons. Due to our balcony & the pool being closed, Mr. Brown gave us a generous discount without being asked.

Daughter's 21st Birthday Trip

I was very impressed with this property. It is a very clean, comfortable, and spacious condo. It is very well equipped with pretty much anything you would need. There are plenty of bath towels, as well as pool towels, so you don't have to do laundry as often. The master closet is very big with plenty of hangers. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows on each bed, plus extra ones in the closet. Unfortunately for us they were doing upgrades on the balconies while we were there which meant we were not able to use the balcony, and the pool was closed. Rick, the host communicated this to me well in advance and gave me the opportunity to cancel my reservation. The view was still gorgeous, and who needs a pool when you have the amazing gulf right in front of you! Rick is a fantastic host, he kept me posted about the construction, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning myself in the future.

Amazing location and view

This was the perfect house for us. Ocean view and swimming pool. The house was equipped will all we needed. Very clean as well which is very important. Excellent communication with the host. Will return for sure.

Outstanding

We loved the location to the beach and all other activites and establishments. Right on the main drag so easy to get north or south on the island. Wonderful view of the Gulf and really enjoyed having a screened in balcony to keep the bugs out. The pool didn't work for a day, but our contact was very responsive and contacted the property manager to make sure it was working again. The unit had all the amenities of home so it was very easy to get settled in and enjoy our stay.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed the cute, clean condo. It was well stocked with cooking ware, dishes, linens, towels, and beach toys. It also had a nice screened porch with a beautiful view of the pool and beach.

AMAZING Property!!

First of all, my mom and mother-in-law were with us and they loved how clean the property was. They are really strict about cleaning and they never say things like that! It was absolutely spotless. The location is perfect! The view was amazing! I loved all the amenities in the condo! I can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location

We had a great stay at Sunset Beach!! It was a perfect location and steps away from the beach. Host always communicated with us if any issues came up. Condo furnishings are somewhat dated, but we spent almost all our time outdoors anyway. Pool was clean and never busy. We would stay here again!

Florida get away

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we would need. It is close to the trolley stop and beach. The pool was clean and quiet. Only thing missing were beach chairs which we missed. We had a wonderful week.

Great, clean sizable condo on the gulf with wonderful sunsets!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedrm, 2 bathed condo right on the water!! Gorgeous view every day out the wall of windows. Smaller kitchen but everything included that one could ever need! The large table & chairs for eating more than made up for size of kitchen. Comfy furniture….The elevator was a lifesaver for us to take all our stuff to the beach each day. Large screen balcony overlooking pool & ocean. It was by far the best place we’ve rented thus far in AMI ! So many amenities from the washer/dryer to towels to books to read, extra toilet paper, detergent, soaps, hair dryers, tons of clothes hangers…I could go on & on! Location on the island is fantastic too! Condo is close to SO much! Thx for the great memories! We’d gladly stay here again!!! Sue L & friends
