Contact free checkin & departure. 2 day period between guest for cleaning, airing & sanitizing! Private entrance & outdoor space!

Entrance is 16 feet of pocket doors facing pool/jacuzzi, tree lined with total privacy
and pool side seating with outdoor barbecue.
Casitas has vaulted ceilings w/open floor plan, modern/contemporary furnishing with a warm vibe, 8 foot island w/quartz counter top & seating for four. ceiling fan, 8 foot wood divider between bedroom & living area. Queen size bed, armoire & end table with 6 foot leather couch (double sofa bed), coffee table and side chair facing pool area. Bathroom has shower with bench and separate door leading out to pool. Property centrally located. 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from LAX, 20 minutes from SoFi stadium, 30 minutes to downtown and 45 minutes to Universal & Disneyland.

Great host! Property was very clean and private. We spent a week and were very comfortable and had everything we could need - very livable. Great location - close to great restaurants, griceries, and easy uber to the beach. All of the furnishings were top notch and we felt right at home. We will return for sure!

DON’T MISS THIS HIDDEN LITTLE GEM! Beyond exceptional!

You won’t find better hosts than Natalie and John. Truly genuine and so welcoming. Great folks! Communication up front (and during) was amazing; we felt like we were family before we even arrived from Kansas! Natalie recommended the perfect places to go, sites to see, and restaurants to experience, all personalized to our tastes. Next, it was all about location, location, location. The Casita’s tucked away in a quiet, eclectic neighborhood with everything you want or need just minutes away. On to the Casita experience itself … it was nothing short of wonderful. The thought and preparation that went into ensuring everything was ‘just perfect’ prior to our arrival was immediately evident. The place was immaculate and chock full of amenities; you couldn’t ‘want’ for anything. The very generous wine and goodies upon arrival were yummy! Restful sleep was ‘a given’ on the super comfy bed with cozy linens (and, get this!, PRESSED SHEETS!). The Casita can be as open as you’d like with a full wall of sliding glass doors that completely open up to the pool/patio area. Or, draw the shades and enjoy the indoor comfort with A/C. The saltwater pool and jacuzzi were literally steps from our patio door. A fabulous place to soak up some sun or enjoy an evening under the stars. Incredibly private with beautiful trees enclosing the patio/pool area, complete with a plethora of lovely flowers and succulents. Just so cozy and so serene, it’s seclusion at its best!!!

The Casita

The host’s was amazing and very attentive to any needs from checking in and greet and giving us a warm goodbye. This gem was exactly as described and such a beautiful place to stay. The amenities and little touches were so delightful and convenient. We truly had an amazing trip here 😊

This casita was perfect for our 10-day stay. It is just as beautiful, peaceful & cozy as the pictures show. Natalie, the owner, has thought of everything & is very accommodating. Loved the wine & goodies upon arrival. So nice to have a washer & dryer as well. We can’t wait to visit again - Thank you Natalie!

Beautiful Casita in Great Location!

I cannot say enough good things about this casita! Super clean, perfectly stocked with any kitchen or bathroom item you could need. Lovely layout, which compliments the sparkling pool and hot tub just a few steps from the front door. And the host is so hospitable and lovely! I can’t wait to go back!

Charming & Delightful

This is our second time here and we will be back. This place is a perfect spot tucked away in an already beautiful neighborhood. We enjoy the quiet, poolside, green trees, that make us feel like we are all alone. The modern feel of a newly remodeled space is perfect. The attention to detail and the welcoming feel is warm and a perfect touch for guests. The welcome tray left on the bed was so kind and full of goodies. I so appreciated the fruit AND the water! Drinking water made available was so thoughtful. The space may be on the smaller side but don't let that fool you EVERYTHING you need is in it hidden away. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, storage, etc... I also appreciated the extras in the bathroom to use. I forgot my eye make remover... and of course there was one (amongst other handy toiletries) available for use. Host and Hostess with the mostest! Again, we will be back.

The Casita, Casita, Casita!!!!!!

WOW! Is all I can say….. Natalie is the Hostest of the Mostest. The Casita is small but it packs a punch!!!! Just like a big house, it has charm, personality just like the Host…. That New Orleans flare (N’Awlins) this is the (Big Easy) in Los Angeles. This place needs no endorsement from me( Read the reviews) it is worth visiting for yourself.

What a great little place

My wife and I needed a place as I was in LA for a medical procedure and needed a few days to recover. So happy we found Natalie’s place. Not only was it very clean and very well stocked with anything you would need. Natalie and her husband were great hosts. We had plenty of privacy but they were close and accommodating if we needed them.

Wonderful place

It was such a wonderful happy stay. We enjoyed everything there, literally everything. It was relaxing, upscale, beautiful, clean, rich, cute, safe and convenient. Natalie and Nicole, thank you so much for kind-warm-hearted communication and service. We will be back again. You have no idea how relaxing in the jacuzzi with the 2 lighted swans made us sooooo happy.

Best hosts on VRBO

I was moving my daughter into college a few weeks ago and stayed at the Casita. I can't say enough nice things about this property and the hosts. Natalie was beyond helpful and kind. She let us check in early, the place was immaculate with all the supplies you could want for cooking or lounging by the pool. It is quiet and beautifully decorated, and the casita is in an ideal location. There is space in their driveway for a car, and you have your own entrance so it feels very secluded and private. The bathroom was also well stocked with every toiletry you could need. You can tell this is a host who takes great pride in their property and truly cares about your comfort and experience. I'm coming back in a few weeks to visit my daughter and you bet I'll be staying at the Casita.

The perfect oasis!

The "casita" was the perfect oasis for working remote for a few days while also relaxing and rejuvenating. Though it was great to explore LA, it was so nice to come back to my own space and pool and lounge in the sun. Natalie was the most thoughtful and lovely host and while very close by, never bothered but made clear she was there if I needed anything. It was a wonderful stay (and the bed was so comfortable)!

Does Not Get Better!

Overall incredible experience for my partner and I. We had a hard time leaving this place to do sightseeing in LA, the pool and jacuzzi were too inviting! Natalie, our host gave incredibly warm hospitality, so we will definitely stay again the next time we visit LA. I did not mind meeting her at check in at all, she just made us feel welcome and taken care of immediately:) This place and Natalie are the real deal, does not get better! Shelley & Jason

Beautiful all around

This is my second time enjoying Natalie and John's Casita and it was a fantastic experience yet again! The abode is amazing - immaculate, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The pool and jacuzzi are just icing on the cake. Looking forward to another visit down the line.

Good, but not accurate description.

My husband and I decided to spend a weekend away on a honeymoon we never had. Privacy was a big deal to us. Before booking, I messaged the owner and her reply assured me that the pool and hot tub were private during our stay. The listing also mentions contactless check in. The host was so sweet and helpful, but check in was not contactless. She greeted us at the door and walked us into the property, that sits in her backyard. I was a little surprised and put off by having to ask her to turn on the hot tub for us every time we wanted to use it. It made us feel uncomfortable that they knew exactly when we were outside in the hot tub. Her husband walked freely through the backyard without notice, so if I took a shower, I had to make sure to close the curtain before leaving the bathroom wrapped in my towel. One night after spending the day out, we came home and she alerted him we were walking in, as we saw him walk from our side of the property to the inside of their home. A few items we left by the pool were also moved. The place was super clean and had all the essentials! If you’re looking forward to privacy, look elsewhere! It was not worth the money…. We had to be gone all day and come to sleep only because we felt watched. Host was nice, but they should update their listing to reflect that it’s a shared home and no privacy at all, unless you’re in the bathroom.

Excellent across the board

This space is charming and for me perfectly located. Fly into LAX and you are there in minutes. Three miles from the coast with light traffic and of course close to the freeway should you miss LA driving. Wonderful host.

An Amazing Oasis That We'll Likely Be Visiting Again

We loved the casita. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were the perfect escape for the weekend. Natalie and John were amazing hosts and went above and beyond on so many fronts. If we can make the stars align again, we'll definitely stay there again someday. Nothing but positive praise. Amazing expirience

We stayed for about 10 days with Nathalie and it was truly one of the best houses we ever rented. The host, Nathalie is the nicest women we ever met in America and she went over the top just so we can have a nice stay. She picked out the best restaurants and places to visit for us and i would go there again anytime. I recommend it to anyone.

This beautiful casita has it all! Every room has attention to detail! Natalie does not miss a beat when anticipating what her guests may need. And the pool and jacuzzi could not be better. Everything was well organized and nicely maintained. Great communication with Natalie throughout my stay. The casita was clean and thoughtfully stocked! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
