Great location for everything we were looking to do. Safe and secure. The condo and the building was clean. Rooftop pool and areas to lounge were excellent. Communication was kind and outstanding and I would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a downtown LA apt with the feel of the city and we got that. The apartment was awesome and id you love the big city downtown scene, this is the place for you. The apartment was secure and we got free parking as well. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful the view amazing and the rooftop pool and hottub views were PHENOMENAL. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and the price beats any decent hotel in town. I definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Everyone in the building was very nice and we enjoyed pool and sunset time at the rooftop pool. Cute coffee spots just outside the front door and parking was easy.

Great Stay

We had a great experience at Malcolm's property. Location and parking were convenient. The guard at the desk was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well taken care of. Can't say enough good things. The roof top pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of seating. Lots of small touches from snacks, shampoos and pool towels to feel welcomed. Would highly recommend!

Super cute downtown loft. Very clean. Lots of towels, great toiletries, basic supplies. Security 24/7 which is a plus in DTLA and the free parking was greatly appreciated. Responsive host.Please be aware that this is DTLA and is very loud and comes with all the things you would expect of an urban environment. It’s a great central location with lots of food options in walking distance.

LOVED our stay!

Can’t say enough good about the accommodations. It’s worth it alone for the pool and hot tub on the roof but the studio is lovely in a nice part of town. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the LA convention center. It was a 15 minute walk, but it wasn’t too far. Great restaurants Great location loved working with the owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Heart of downtown LA—fabulous vibe

We stayed for 4 nights over our daughter’s graduation weekend and appreciated every moment of it. The rooftop was tranquil and especially stunning at night. The apartment very clean and airy, the door people polite and helpful.Parking across the street was great to have but the ins and outs of it are confusing. Find the entry through the Broadway building for easier access.The apartment is very open, so keep that in mind for privacy. Streets of downtown can be noisy, but so much fun at the same time. We loved the Zinqué restaurant at the bottom of the building and walking around the historic theatre district at your doorstep. There is a Banksy graffiti art across the street in an alley. Downtown LA and this condo were wonderful!

Long Weekend

My boyfriend and I stayed at this unit and really enjoyed the space and location. We spent an evening on the rooftop and some time one afternoon in the hot tub and pool. The building has a security guard at the door at all times and this was very helpful. Malcolm was an excellent host. He was very responsive leading up to our stay, during, and afterwards. The unit was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I visit Los Angeles.

Beautiful Fashion District Stay!

Wow. I was blown away by the simplistic beauty of this place! Malcolm was so welcoming and accommodating for my stay, and the check-in process was a breeze. I felt safe, loved the central downtown location with much to do and was able to skate and enjoy myself as well! The host went above and beyond to make my stay so welcome. I will definitely be booking again when I am in LA! Thanks so much to the Lees.

Great spot, beautiful pool, wonderful sunsets overlooking LA and walking distance from all kinds of good food. Location is a bit loud and does have issues that any other condo in DTLA would have but earplugs are provided

Great LA stay

Is a very nice property. Very nicely furnished, very clean and orderly. Host was very helpful with logistics to Hollywood Bowl. Property was within walking distance of many outstanding eating establishments. Would definitely stay there again if we ever needed a place in LA.

Clean condo, functional kitchen and great bathroom. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. Parking is a plus. The front desk people were very friendly. Enjoyed our evenings at the hot tub/pool and gym on the top floor. Great way to relax after a long day full of meetings!!
