Our family had a wonderful stay, exactly as described and everything we were looking for! The place was ready for us before checkin and the host graciously let us check in early (so appreciated after our 16 hr drive from Texas)The home was equipped with everything we needed for the 4 nights our group was there and was so spacious and perfect for having teens upstairs in the loft area. I can’t say enough good things about this place and host, location, everything!! We look forward to visiting again and hopefully staying at Arrow 206. Thank you!

We loved your house. Beautiful and modern. We had everything we needed. The Main Street location was perfect for our family of six. The Winter Park Resort free shuttle bus stop was right outside our door. Ski storage and the elevator was a big benefit.

The condo is great but the street noise isn’t ideal. Our only real complaint is the lack of communication with the management. They sent us multiple messages saying to reach out if we needed anything but never responded to any of our three emails asking for help. In one email, we explained that a man walked into the condo one afternoon without knocking and said he was there to do maintenance and asked when we were leaving. It was unnerving but I assumed it was just a mistake. Still, the management never emailed back to explain what happened. We’re back home now still with no answers. Overall, it’s a lovely property but the management needs to do their job.

We identified a technical issue with our email system that prevented your messages from reaching us, and we've since worked with our software team to get this fixed so it doesn't happen again.
