My partner and I welcome you to visit our wonderful condo in Winter Park. We both work on the front range but coming up to spend time in the mountains at our condo is our passion. As soon as we head over the pass, all our worries fall away and we can enjoy the splendor of the Rockies. We hope you have the chance to enjoy the same experience as we do! Thanks! The property is very large and family friendly. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths! It is not fancy but rather homey and quaint. Nearly everything you need will be waiting for you if you choose to cook and if not, you can walk to many restaurants in the downtown area. We are just over the Fraser River and if you crack the window a tad, you can let it lull you to sleep. We are also right on the bus line for skiing so no need to mess with taking your car to the mountain. Additionally there is a rec center with 2 hot tubs, a large indoor, heated pool, work out equipment and activities in the center for kids.

We are right downtown but off the beaten path. You will have access to all Winter Park has to offer including skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, biking, hiking and a nice drive to Grand Lake should you choose.
