SEPARATE ENTRANCE

The bright and friendly flat Tropicos is located directly on the cliffs with a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean.
From the terrace, which has a small garden, you will experience wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The evenings spent at a BBQ with a glass of port wine will be unforgettable. The terrace, which is accessible from the dining room, is equipped with sun loungers, parasol, BBQ and a dining area. Furthermore, the Tropicos flat has a living room, workingplace, dining room with sea view, a bathroom, a bedroom with sea view, another windowless bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The equipment includes air conditioning with heating function, pellet stove, free WLAN, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, heating, hairdryer and safe.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

It takes about three minutes to walk to our fine sandy beach Vale de Centeanes. Restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets await you in the immediate vicinity.

The beautiful town of Carvoeiro with all its facilities, including banks with ATMs, post office, restaurants, German and English medical care and many small shops, is only two minutes away by car.
Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity you will find horse riding centres, two water parks, the Zoomarine, golf courses, tennis centres, large shopping centres and plenty of water sports facilities.

Carvoeiro is the ideal starting point to discover the Algarve. These include coastal walks, the Monchique mountains with their 900 metres of altitude, Sagres as the most south-westerly point in Europe, historic places such as Lagos and Silves, an interesting day trip to Lisbon (driving time approx. three hours) or an eventful day trip to Seville in Spain (driving time approx. two hours).
In summer, the Algarve offers a variety of cultural highlights in the evening hours.

Wonderful holiday

We had a lovely holiday. Harald is an excellent host, the property is clean and modern with all amenities we needed. It has an great view, only meters from the cliffs and minutes walk away from the beach. There is a shop just around the corner and Carvouiro not too far away either. We can only recommend both the apartment and host.

Séjour super

Séjour très agréable dans un logement très propre et avec une vue et localisation géniale ! Commerce proche et surtout ballade sur la falaise des la sortie de l'appartement ! Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin. Seul bémol, l'électricité est à payer à partir du mois de novembre et pas seulement la clim ou le chauffage. Mais je recommande cet appartement !!

Insbesondere die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut und hilfreich. Wir nutzten das Apartment als Stützpunkt für Unternehmungen entlang der gesamten Algarve und nach Lissabon. Der Meerblick ist durch die Vegetation eingeschränkt. Die Betten könnten komfortabler sein.

L’appartement d’Harald est très bien situé, et donne sur un joli chemin de randonnée qui longe les falaises. La vue sur l’océan est superbe. Très bien équipé et propre. Harald était très arrangeant et sympathique.

Great apartment, great location.

Excellent apartment, clean, all equipment we needed was there. Perfect location; view of the ocean, 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to the Spar supermarket and some restaurants. Harald was a very good host, friendly and helpful. His office is close to the apartment. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this place.

Top Urlaub in Portugal

Alles war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie ist Top ausgestattet und alles war sauber. In den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen. In der Küche war alles was man brauchte und sogar noch viel mehr (sogar eine Orangenpresse). Terrasse mit 2 Grills, Sonnenschirme, Tisch, Stühle und Liegen. Herr Wittmann ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, wenn mann eine Frage hat konnte er alles beantworten und weiterhelfen. Also alles rund um schön.

Hervorragendes Appartement in einer wundervollen Umgebung mit allem was das Herz begehrt!

Das Appartement war einfach super! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Es war sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend möbiliert. Die Küche perfekt und reichlich mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick konnten wir ausgiebig genießen! Es war wirklich vortrefflich! Der Kontakt mit Herrn Wittmann war schon während des Buchungsvorgangs überaus angenehm, er konnte bei allen Fragen weiterhelfen. Unsere Anreise verspätete sich und wir kamen erst am Abend in Carvoeiro an, was für Herrn Wittmann kein Problem war, wir wurden sehr herzlich von ihm empfangen! Während unseres Aufenthaltes war er immer erreichbar, falls wir eine Frage hatten. Vielen herzlichen Dank Herr Wittmann! Sie machen Ihren Job sehr gut! Dass an der Wohnzimmerwand in dem Appartement doch tatsächlich Fotografien unserer Heimatstadt Konstanz hingen, fanden wir sehr amüsant und ein weiteres Zeichen dafür, dass wir uns wie zuhause fühlen durften! Das taten wir auch! Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Carvoeiro und speziell in dem Appartement mit der großen Terrasse und Blick aufs Meer! Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen! Gabi S.

Beautiful spot 30 meters to the cliffs overlooking the atlantic.

Outstanding vacation, very quiet apartment especially during the slow season. the apartment backs onto the cliff top walking trails where the sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Amenities are all you need and Harald is a two minute walk away if you need anything more. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is better than it looks. Streets in the area have no names so there is no actual address, so use the address of Harald's office. This is legitimate and well worth the cost for the best holiday in the algarve. It is out of the way of most nightlife but if you want busy it's a short 10 minute drive to Lagoa. Carvoeria is about a 20 minute walk for shops and a multitude of restaurants. The Spar market is about a 4 minute walk where you can get most essential items like bread, wine, cheese etc. and there are three restaurants beside the Spar market. We will definitely be back for an even longer vacation next time since 3 weeks went by in a flash. Alan and Kim from Canada

Wunderschönes Apartment in einmaliger Lage

Sehr schönes, modernes und komplett eingerichtetes Apartment, liegt direkt an den Klippen und zum Strand sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Restaurants liegen ganz in der Nähe. Es war eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit. Auch die Betreuung seitens der Verwaltung, Herrn Harald Wittmann, war super. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

Relaxing, good clean apartment very close to the sea

Perfect tranquil retreat very close to the cliffs with stunning views and short walk down steep steps to a coved beach. Apartment is quite small with basic amenities but has all that you need. Ideal for a couple , additional bedroom has no windows so could put some people off if staying as a family. We liked the traditional thick walls and Portuguese styling with nearby restaurants a walk away. Great host that will help with anything as he is located nearby and even offers free fruit from his farm which is a nice touch

Eine Urlaubsunterkunft zum wohlfühlen und erholen!

14 sonnige Tage haben wir in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht, die uns alles geboten hat was wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen, da die Wohnung mit einem sehr guten Insektenschutz ausgestattet ist. Die Küche bietet alles, um ein gutes Frühstück mit gepressten Orangen zu genießen und um nach einem sonnigen Badetag den frischen Fisch auf den Tisch zu bringen. Genial ist der kurze und schöne Weg zum Badestrand. Auch die Restaurants sind ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Hervorheben möchten wir auch die gute und freundliche Betreuung durch Herrn Wittmann und den Wohnungsservice nach einer Woche (sind wir aus Dänemark nicht gewohnt). Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung in bester Lage!

Wir waren nun bereits das zweite Mal im Tropicos Apartment! Ich kann einfach nur sagen: WOW!! Es ist traumhaft und total entspannt! Es war mal wieder einfach unvergesslich schön. Morgens aufstehen, Kaffee in die Hand nehmen, der erste Schritt auf die große Terrasse.....und den ersten Blick auf das Meer und die super Aussicht richten!! Ein purer Genuss! Und wem das noch nicht reicht, geht in 5 Schritten durch die Terassentür direkt zu den Klippen. Um das Ganze Schauspiel von der gemütlichsten Sitzbank Europas genießen! :) Im Tropicos hat es uns wie immer an nichts gefehlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden und luxuriös-mediterran eingerichtet. Wir hatten wirklich angenehmes Wetter, so dass wir die neue Klimaanlage gar nicht gebraucht haben. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen und wir haben viel Neues entdeckt. Superschöne Orte/Strände/Höhlen/OceanViewPoints/Restaurants. Denn jeweils 1Stunde benötigt man mit dem Mietwagen nach Faro (Osten) und den südwestlichsten Punkt Europas (Cabo de Sao Vincente). Ich denke, das portugiesische Lebensgefühl hat mich nun vollkommen gepackt! Und wir freuen uns schon wieder zu kommen! Vielen Dank auch an Carmen und Udo! Ihr seid einfach TOP! desfruta-lo A.H.

Ein sehr schönes Apartment, direkt an den Klippen

Ein super schönes Apartment in einer einmaligen und sehr ruhigen Lage, direkt an den Klippen! Ein atemberaubender Blick auf den Atlantischen Ozean von Schlaf- und Esszimmer, und Terrasse. Direkter Zugang zum Wanderweg, entlang der Klippen. Ca. 5 Fußminuten zum Strand und auch zum Supermarkt, zu den Cafes und Restaurants. Alles ist sehr nah gelegen. Zur Stadtmitte von Carvoeiro, mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften, sind es auch ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komplett ausgerüstet. Es ist alles da, wie in der Wohnung so auch auf der Terrasse, um das Daseins zu genießen. Auch das Verwaltungsteam, Carmen und Udo, sind sehr freundlich und total hilfsbereit. très bien située, calme, dans un cadre agréable.

L'appartement est confortable, calme (en tout cas en février, mais peut-être en haute saison, y- a -t-il des problèmes de voisinage car les terrasses sont mitoyennes ?). Bonne literie, cuisine bien équipée, (même s' il manque des plats pour le four, des petites choses utiles en vacances comme essoreuse à salade, théière...). Ce serait bien d'avoir aussi un lave-linge. Le mode de chauffage n'est pas efficace en hiver et il n'y a pas de clim en été. L'environnement est très agréable, dans un quartier résidentiel et la location est idéalement située pour les visites et l'accès à la mer (plage magnifique à 5 mn à pieds). Carvoeiro est une petite ville charmante, pas dénaturée par le béton avec tous les commerces nécessaires.

Bonjour Madame et Monsieur, mercie beaucoup pour votre bonne évaluation. Dans les mois d'été, cet appartement est très calme aussi. Une machine à laver est disponible dans une pièce séparée dans la zone d'entrée. Si les clients exigent quelque chose qui est pas encore disponible, nous obtenons l'équipement supplémentaire. Le propriétaire prévoit d'installer un air conditionné avec chauffage. Cordialement Carmen
