Summary:
This light and bright newly completed designer's home with heated pool and lovely indoor-outdoor flow offers accommodation for 8 guests.

The Space:
Accommodation for 8 guests (max 6 adults) within walking distance to the main village of Oneroa and three beaches. It doesn't get much better! Maris offers three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area are on the upper level along with the master bedroom with ensuite. The second double room, a large bunk room, second full bathroom and a second lounge with a large TV and gas fireplace are on the ground level.

Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - King bed, Bedroom 2 - Super king bed (can be split into singles) Bedroom 3 - 2 x built in bunks (King single beds, two high and two low)

Please note: We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Maris. Minimum stays - 7 nights peak period, 3 nights holiday weekends and 2 nights at other times. A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $250 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $30 per person, per stay, including beach towels.

The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is centrally located for a Waiheke getaway and in close proximity to the award-winning vineyards and restaurants including Mudbrick and Cable Bay as well as the shops, cafes and galleries of Oneroa. The supermarket, iconic Saturday farmers market, ferries, local cafes and shopping are all within a 5-to-10-minute drive.

Getting Around:
Waiheke Island is 20km long. Our properties are mainly located in the first 10km. Taxis are available but can be expensive. There is a good bus service and we offer car hire with the property. To enquire about car hire contact Stay Waiheke.

Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
