The property is close to Cable Bay, Mudbrick, Oneroa Village, and Matiatia Ferry, making it an ideal base for weddings, vineyard lunches, and relaxed island stays.
The Space:
Bella Seven by Stay Waiheke has a relaxed, open feel from the moment you arrive. The long private driveway is bordered by established gardens, and the home is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding doors. It’s a comfortable base for groups who want space to gather and space to unwind.
The home is arranged across two levels. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a super king bed that can be split into singles on request, a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a private deck with leafy views and outdoor seating. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two king singles, with a full bathroom located close by. A second lounge on this level has a sofa bed and a wall-mounted TV, offering an extra living space for larger groups or families.
Downstairs is the central hub of the home. The main living area includes a large lounge with a 65 inch Smart TV and Bluetooth sound system, a dining area with seating for ten, and a modern kitchen fitted with Bosch stainless steel appliances and generous bench space. The sliding doors open out to a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, café style clear curtains, and an electric heater, creating a comfortable all season space for cooking and eating outdoors.
Also on the ground floor is the third bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a well equipped laundry that makes longer stays practical and easy.
Bella Seven is designed for slow, simple living. Morning coffee on the deck, long lunches at the wineries, easy dinners at home, and sunset walks into the village.

The Neighborhood:
Bella Seven is in one of Waiheke’s most convenient locations, close to vineyards, cafés, and the Oneroa village shops.
For breakfast or coffee, Wai Kitchen and Akito are local favourites with good daytime menus. For lunch, Solar Eating House and Fenice offer relaxed dining in the village. Dinner options range from coastal dining at The Oyster Inn to the Italian classics at Fenice or The Courtyard.
Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyards are both within walking distance for tastings, long lunches, or wedding events. The Heke is another reliable option nearby for wood fired dishes, burgers, and locally brewed beer in a casual garden setting.
Matiatia Ferry Terminal and Oneroa Village are also a short walk away, keeping everything close and convenient.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is within walking distance and connects easily to Onetangi, Oneroa, and the ferry terminal. Buses stop outside major vineyards including Cable Bay, Mudbrick, and Wild on Waiheke.
Taxis on Waiheke are expensive, and private drivers can also be costly. Hire cars, scooters, and e bikes are often the most practical and cost effective way to move around the island. On site parking is available at the property
