Welcome to Sparkling View Splash! This newly constructed 3400+ square foot, 5 bedroom, 5 bath cabin is located in the Black Bear Ridge Resort. Sparkling View Splash has parking for 4 vehicles, a theater room, game room, hot tub, and a private indoor pool!

Main Area
Entry level features the dine-in kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, flat screen HDTV, and an electric fireplace just perfect for casting a calming glow over the room. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a treat that everyone can enjoy so you can enjoy a family meal after spending the day exploring Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The dining table has seating for 6 and 4 more at the bar. The master bedroom on this level boasts a king-sized bed, HDTV, electric fireplace, and a spacious attached private bathroom (shower). While the other bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed and an HDTV. There is also a bathroom (tub/shower) in the hall for added convenience.

Upper Level
Travel upstairs and you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open gaming loft. Challenge each other to a friendly game of air hockey or perhaps beat your high score on an old school pinball arcade. There is even a giant wall tic-tac-toe game. Retire to either of the two bedrooms on this level. Both feature king size beds, HDTVs, and attached baths (shower). There is also a sleeper sofa in the game area for added sleeping arrangements.

Lower Level
Step down into the lower level where fun is just beginning. The lower level offers a home theater room complete with a popcorn machine and theater style seats for that ultimate cinema experience! As if the theater room is not enough to keep you busy, enjoy hours of memory-making in the private indoor pool. The bedroom on this level offers a king sized bed, HDTV, and a jack-n-jill bathroom (shower) that connects with the hallway. Step outside and let your worries bubble away in the hot tub
