We stayed in #14 cottage which is well-located at the beginning of the Cabot Trail and very close to Baddeck. The property is quite beautiful! The interior is adequate and has a kitchen and appliances, dishes and cutlery, and the beds are comfortable. There is a bath shower in the bathroom. We sat on the large deck adjacent to this cottage in the early evening sun which was pleasant and also sat against later at night to gaze at the stars.

The heat pumps in both bedrooms never seemed to work properly. Neither room got to the colder temperatures that we set on the controllers. The rooms never got below 72’ F, even when we set the controllers lower.With the number of units on the property, there seems a good argument to have a shared laundry facility available, but that was lacking.
